As a hotel, I would like to expect information on nearby restaurants. (If the hotel prospers, there is a possibility that the surrounding restaurants will also prosper.) One of the newest common facilities is the guest lounge. I'm at a loss as to how to use it in the corona wreck, but I think it's an interesting facility. I think it is convenient for traveling around the Mt. Fuji area. I was annoyed by the small size of the toilet bowl, but overall it is a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

Adequate room size, clean (comes with air filter), complete amenities are provided and then some. They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid. Overall is was a good experience, a nice comfortable space worth its price tag.

I book this hotel for my husband a month before our trip. However, 3 days before the trip, I was informed that the booking was cancelled. However I did not do any cancellation at all. So I book again, this time I personally talked to Trip.com staff Ms Betty and reconfirm the this rebook. Betty told me that the booking was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel on 7 June 2024, hotel told me there is no such booking. i waited at the lobby for an hour because I think they called Trip.com for clarification. Finally they were able to give my husband a room. How come the hotel did not receive the booking for 2 times despite I received confirmation email from Trip.com. . I wonder what it happened?

We got the room that was bigger than the average room. The hotel is clean. The location was great too. The subway Just the opposite of the hotel and very near to Tsukiji subway station. Very near to ginza area. There are 3 convenient store nearby, 1 just beside the hotel. We are from Indonesia, and were very lucky to meet the Indonesian’ receptiont, she was very kind. And the japanese receptiont were very helpful too. They let us keep our luggage at the reception before the check in time. Its a wonderful stay! Very recommended and will be back for sure :)

It was an early morning flight, so I stayed the night before. I was closed for a while due to the corona disaster, but I am happy that it has resumed. The front desk staff and the bus driver are as expected! Needless to say, the room is clean, but the bed and sofa are also calm. Free drinks in the lobby lounge are also good If you dare to say, it would be nice to have a towel in the lounge. The faucet of the sink is good, but the water pressure of the shower is a little.

Room was not big, but the service was good;) There were supermarket, drug store, restaurants right next to the hotel, very convenient. But to the nearest station, would be 15 minutes walk.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! I had an amazing stay at Art hotel Narita The rooms were spotless, with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back.
