The hotel is located in the center of the ancient city of Toledo. It is close to the bus station, commercial plaza and pedestrian street. We are driving, except for the narrow roads, it is easy to find! The facilities in the room can only be said to be normal, the room is relatively small, but it is very clean, the hotel front desk service is super enthusiasm, and I also burned boiling water for me to make instant noodles! The hotel has a cooperative parking lot. Now the small square at the entrance of the hotel is parked. After the check-in, you should go to the cooperative parking lot of about 200 meters, and then take the discount ticket at the front desk, 15 Euro / 24 hours! But the best thing I think is the hotel's breakfast, rich, delicious, freshly baked bread and ham slices, super delicious! The room we booked was more than RMB 500 a night, including breakfast, and it was very good value. The quality of the breakfast was not worse than that of other hotels that spent more than ten euros before! Overall, it is worth recommending!

Centrally located in historic old town Toledo. On the main road and easy to access via taxi, driving, or walking. I loved the decor, modern amenities within the shell of an old building. Shower was amazing, and the water was hot. Opted for the included breakfast, which offered everything you need to fuel up for a day on the town. One thing to note - it is an old building and there is ONE climate control for the entire building, it's either set to AC or heat depending on the season and you don't get to choose. Opening the windows is an option, but you are in the city and it's loud outside. Probably not an issue unless you're traveling on the cusp of the season. I had no problem sleeping with the windows open, but did hear several guests complaining during our stay.

Hotel muito bem localizado permitindo os passeios a pé. O quarto era limpo e a cama muito confortável. É um hotel simples mas que oferece tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia curta em Toledo. O café da manhã é simples e sem grande variedade. Senti falta de ovos já que o café consiste basicamente de pão, croissant e frutas; mas o café oferecido pelo hotel é rápido, o que lhe permite sair para passear logo cedo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pintor El Greco hotel in Toledo! Great location within easy walking distance of all the historical places and stunning sights around the city. We stayed in the heritage section of the property with original beamed ceilings and features. Nice modern upgrades to the spacious room - comfortable bed. We only stayed one night and did not get the chance to enjoy the restaurants onsite - but did go up to the rooftop balcony for the night sky and city views - spectacular! We met the Hotel Manager Cristina Hernandez Gines at check out and enjoyed a lovely conversation about our family in Salamanca and Alicante. We would definitely return again to explore more of Toledo and would stay here for sure! Heather and Emile Fuchs

We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.

My husband and I drove back from Portugal and decided that we were going to stop off in Toledo. We stayed at this hotel. What an amazing hotel it is. And the prices are very affordable.The building is beautiful (architecture). Felt like we were in a tiny castle. The staff welcomed us (we came a bit late). They suggested where we go to eat (local food with the locals)at that time, they even explained the rules and closing times etc re that city during this time and corona restrictions. The room we stayed in was amazing. View of the whole city. We had an amazing terrace/patio.We were taken aback by the view we had. The bathroom was big-commodities included-soap etc. Bidet included. Heating was good. Modern furnishings. In the winter the floors are normally cold in Spain (throughout), this hotel was almost as if they had floor heating (who knows). It has a very warm, cozy feeling to it. The bed was comfortable and extra linen provided. Internet worked well. This hotel should be a 4 or 5 star hotel. A short walk into the city, the location is absolutely perfect. Adriana and all at reception were friendly and helpful. Now that we have discovered this hotel, we will be back for sure. This hotel is on the outside areas of Toledo – you need a car to get to the centre (I read there is also a shuttle, but this was not mentioned to us, nor did we see any info on this). The hotel looked a empty, the parking was very empty, the bar/restaurant area was very empty,… Checking in was smooth, and the room was very nice: it was big, clean, with a good bed and very nice bath room. We wanted to eat something, but this was only possible in the bar area, one that looks very stylish with a color glass ceiling. The menu is very limited, but the food was good, prices reasonable. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of items to choose from, with a lot of attention to Covid (masks required, you have your own ‘device’ to grab the food, and they monitor this very closely too. Would I recommend this place? If you like a big room, and don’t mind you are not in walking distance of the town: for sure!

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The room is just right, with a large bathroom, where, in our case, one stick is missed where you can put the towels and perhaps also a mampara covering the length of the bathroom. The hotel has a spacious box, minibar and two bottles of courtyard water. A friendly staff, especially the receptionist who, when commenting that we found a chocolate starting at the minibar, gave us a fruit box in a way of excuse. By being in a area without other services, the bar time could be extended, as it closed to 23h.
