The car park was indeed only 1 minute’s walk away, but the stairs up from the car park (lift out of order), steps in the street and cobbled alleyways made it difficult going for wheeled suitcases. The apartment was dark inside, with lots of dark wood, made worse by the appalling rainy weather. Narrow but well-equipped kitchen, with full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. Washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were supplied, but not clothes washing powder/liquid. There was quite a lot of noise from upstairs (furniture scraping in tiled floor) and water pipes). The kitchen ceiling and the extractor fan in the upper shower room leaked, but the rain was truly torrential. Generally, the apartment felt dated and a bit tired - for example, 3 of the 4 mugs had chips/cracks round the edge. We tried, but failed, to understand the English translation of the instructions as to what to with the kitchen rubbish bag. En-suite to the downstairs bedroom a shower and toilet were ingeniously built in under the stairs. Hand wash and sachets of shampoo and shower gel were supplied. A bath mat should be supplied - stepping out of the shower onto a tiled floor was slippery and dangerous.

We stayed for two nights at the end of January. Toledo as expected was very cold but the apartment was warm and comfortable with all that we needed for a short stay. The person we dealt with, about the keys and payment, was through WhatsApp and he was very helpful.
