J’ai mis deux pour deux raisons, la première étoile, parce que cela se situe en centre-ville, la deuxième, parce que l’effort a été fait pour un petit déjeuner certes succincte. La chambre que j’ai eu est dans un état, plus que lamentable depuis la table de la cuisine, des personnes qui passe dans le couloir, peuvent vous observer, cette même fenêtre, a d’ailleurs du papier peint arraché au coin de cette fenêtre d’ailleurs . Alarme incendie posée sur le micro-ondes 2 +, 1 odeur de renfermer et d’humidité aurais dû me faire fuir dès le départ . Arrivé dans la chambre, je constate que le climatiseur a fui sur la moquette et c’est cela qui dégage l’odeur À mon arrivée, pas de chauffage… Une tringle à rideau sur deux … Je pense que je vais m’arrêter là …

Un logement bien situé pour visiter Troyes. Mais la visite de cette jolie ville n'a pas pû avoir lieu au grand regret des enfants.
Notre séjour en famille a dû être intermpu, principalement, a cause de l'incompatibilité du logement avec une présence de jeunes enfants.
D'autres part, la propreté du bien laissait a désirer.
Le système de chauffage degageons des odeurs de brûlé ainsi qu'un détecteur de fumée démonté et non fonctionnel.
Je déconseille cette appartement/hôtel.
Si cette location vous intéresse tout de même, prévoyez un budget déception car vous ne serez jamais indemnisé.
Merci a l'équipe ********** d'avoir essayer d'avoir cette indemnisation.
Enfin, je préfère ne pas partager les photos.

The property is very quaint and in the pedestrianised part of the old town, which is lovely and handy for an evening stroll. Our apartment was on the top floor, which was a little bit of a challenge with a baby and pram/luggage (no lift, so beware when booking). The apartment was clean but a bit "unfinished" looking with some raw edges to the kitchenette counters and a very exposed water tank in the bathroom. The shower and cubicle weren't very practical for anyone taller than 5ft5 and led to a LOT of water ending up on the floor. In addition, the towels smelled a bit off, so I am unsure of the washing process. Overall, it was a nice place, but there is a bit of a snagging list of things that need "finishing" for it to be in tip top condition.

J'ai adoré la chambre petite très bien décoré avec un coin cuisine, vu sur les toits. Très dépaysant au niveau des escaliers qui sont d'époques. La salle de bain fonctionnelle mais où il manque le bouchon pour l'évier.
