Siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e spiegato come servirci per la colazione dopo di che ha chiesto il pagamento senza possibilità di avere la fatturazione dell'importo. La mattina seguente siamo stati costretti a fare colazione alla luce dei cellulari in quanto è saltata la corrente nella saletta da pranzo e nessuna risposta al numero di telefono della proprietaria che abbiamo cercato di contattare. Letto scomodissimo e lavandino che perdeva acqua dalla base. Assolutamente abbandonati a noi stessi. Pessima esperienza.

Mio figlio ha soggiornato un week end in occasione di una partita di calcio. La struttura è stata eccezionale, mettendosi a completa disposizione sugli orari di arrivo, contattabile in ogni momento e comprendendo la situazione.

Nos pusimos en contacto con el B&B para asistir a un partido de fútbol en el estado de la Juventus éramos 3 (un adulto y dos jóvenes) y nos ofreció un habitación cerca en otro B&B cercano que también gestiona ella. El precio de la habitación era sin desayuno, pero la propietaria no dejó dentro de la habitación pastas para el desayuno así como agua dentro del frigorífico (se lo agradecemos un montón era un día de mucho calor en Turín). La habitación es estupenda para una família con niños ya que hay un jardín donde jugar completamente cerrado. La única pega es la ubicación (para nosotros excelente delante del estadio) aunque alejada del centro de Turín, pero muy bien comunicada por autobús (parada justo en frente). Incredibilmente accogliente, pulito, silenzioso, fornito di tutto il necessario! Il proprietario disponibile al massimo ma la cosa sorprendente la quantità di cibo, acqua, succhi di frutta e dolci messi a disposizione del cliente.. un posto a mio avviso da prenotare senza pensarci!

Siamo stati in questa struttura in occasione di una partita della juventus, ovviamente è il massimo per accedere allo stadio, basta solo attraversare la strada, poi nell' interno è veramente molto bello e confortevole con i titolari molto educati e disponibili, portando anche dei cornetti la mattina presto, l'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare l'insonorizzazione dalla camera alla zona dove si fa colazione, per in resto veramente bello. grazie
