The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Jose at the front and Jose from the cafeteria were very detailed with their service. I felt extremely safe at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Excelente servicio de todo el personal. Dentro de las instalaciones hay un Starbucks con buenos productos, incluso me sorprendió que contaban con muffins sin azúcar y sin gluten (keto). Lo que no me gustó es el mal olor de la coladera del baño que llegaba hasta la cama.

No me agradó la alberca sucia, sábanas y edredón sucio, restaurante poco cómodo, carta muy limitada y sobre esa escasez de productos, sin servicio room service. Definitivamente no elegiría ese hotel nuevamente :/
