Empatia verso il cliente nulla. Avevamo chiesto ( da inizio anno) due camere vicine e non potevano essere più lontane ( primo e terzo piano). L’aria condizionata nelle camere è fornita con una sorta di Pinguino che però muove solo l’aria e non rinfresca. Il servizio di lavanderia è al pezzo ed ha prezzi folli, tipo 85 centesimi a maglietta e 75 centesimi a paio di calzini

Empatia zero. L’aria condizionata non funzionava, avevamo scelto di fare la lavatrice in questo posto , e con dispiacere abbiamo scoperto che i prezzi erano altissimi (1 euro a maglietta) e quindi non abbiamo fatto la lavatrice lì perché ci sarebbe venuta a costare sui 100 euro.

stupenda haveli nel centro di udaipur, palazzo bellissimo stanze confortevoli e pulitissime, terrazza panoramica con bel ristorante e vista su tutta la città. personale molto gentile e disponibile. ottima posizione. esperienza molto positiva super raccomandato

Magnifique hôtel, décoré avec goût. Très bien placé, à deux pas du city palace, du bazar, des temples et des ghats. Petite chambre mais très confortable et agréable, avec une belle salle de bain. Il y a des horaires pour utiliser l'eau chaude. Seul petit bémol : si vous êtes au dernier étage, le bruit du restaurant en roof top. Très bon restaurant et petit déjeuner. Un service de blanchisserie est à votre disposition (testé et approuvé). Personnel très attentif.

Magnifique hotel ancien haveli dans le vieux Udaipur. On peut tout visiter à pied ou en tuk tuk. Les chambres sont superbes, le personnel aux petits soins et le resto sur le roof top très bon idem pour le petit-déjeuner. On est dans un conte des milles et unes nuits. Je recommande vraiment

We stayed there for four days. The rooms were quite clean. The best part of the hotel is location. It is near the city palace as well as the ghat. It is located in the main market so there are many options to visit and eat. The staff is very cordial and helpful. They have rooftop restaurant as well which offers a great view of the city area.
