This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. It's a nice hotel. The service staff helped carry the luggage to the room. Miss Zubaidai at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was renovated and has all the facilities. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, pleasant views, great for taking photos. I will choose here again next time!
