Actually, I didn't stay there. I asked a taxi to find it for me around 10am and went there, but there was only a cleaning staff there and I couldn't communicate with them, so it was very difficult. Then I translated it with a mobile phone app and understood the gist of it: "There is no front desk here. Please go to ----." So I called a taxi and went there. It seemed to be the main store!? While I was talking to them in broken Japanese, they let me stay there, which turned out to be a blessing.

It's not worth it, checking in is done at another hotel that is about 5 or 6 blocks away but has a very steep climb, either take two taxis or take a risk and go up with suitcases and when you get there the elevator doesn't work and you still have to go up with suitcases on the stairs. In the room the cleaning is not good, the sink in the mini kitchen was blocked, in the room there is a light indicating the exit that illuminates the entire room and the towels look like floor cloths, the pillows are very dirty. I loved it. I would return without a doubt. Very well located, I walked around (the city was very safe). You have many take away businesses to solve meals in the apartment. I suggest contacting Hotel Mónaco prior to arrival for details (where check-in takes place). There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, heating, cable, Wi-Fi, linen, basic eating utensils.

Fine hotel. However, the check in was inconvenient as you need to check in 5-6 blocks away (at another hotel) and then walk to the actual hotel where no employees are. This can be tough as it is uphill and especially if you have a lot of luggage to haul.

Excellent level of accommodation. We rent an apartment with 2 bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en suite with a dressing room), a full kitchen and a living room. Very good location 150 meters from the main street and 6 blocks from the port. Affordable price in relation to the service offered. Very well equipped. Wide leasing possibilities in terms of the number of passengers (apartment for up to 8 people). Thank you Ignicio.

Really more or less, many details that caused a lot of discomfort, for example, the elevator only worked 1 for 4 days, the bathroom flooded, there are no coat racks in the bathroom or any element in the shower for soap, shampoo and so on. There is no hair dryer, much needed due to the weather. There were only 2 hangers and one was broken, a nightstand was missing. The television didn't work. A shame because the place is very nice.

Excellent location, far from the mudding crowd. Because it is actually an extension from a more centric hotel, it does not have staff, except to clean after guests leave. It's like renting an apartment and you have to keep it clean during your stay.
