It is really good to stay in this hotel every time you travel, and it is also the best hotel in broda. Clean and good service, I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am on a business trip.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

Hotel services are good, providing airport transfers, chartered services. Hotel breakfast is good, pizza, juice are delicious, the room is not very big, the room decoration is average. The hotel is in the city, not very far from the airport, it is more convenient.

Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

I booked here for 4 nights from 01/14/23 to 01/18/23. However some VERY BAD EXPERIENCES I HAD ARE AS BELOW 1) Stay here if you are used to wake up daily at 5am due to RELIGIOUS PRAYERS. 2) They have a strange rule wherein the breakfast (For which we paid additional amount) is supposed to be consumed all in one go, BUT WHO ON EARTH WOULD HAVE BREAKFAST TWICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALREADY HAD ENOUGH IN THE BEGINNING? To My wife who after having her tea went back to room for nature's call, the breakfast incharge said you cannot COME BACK WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS AND HUMILIATING (She faced this on the next day at the breakfast table) 3) Last but not least poor wifi ( Attached pic, I was in room 203) +note that they provide NO WIFI IN LOBBY) My rating - room service 5/5, Breakfast food items 3.5/5, house keeping 4/5), Room rates 3/5

Good food and good ambience. Service was a bit slow however the staff were courteous and cheerful, just 2 non veg starter however it was pretty decent experience. Looking forward for more visit as this was already my fifth visit, situated on the 7th floor, it's a good place to visit

Rooms were clean and bright. The reception was v helpful and courteous. Had a good stay. Breakfast spread was also great!
