Writing this based on my own experience (Visited during month of August). 1. Worst room Service. 2. Unpleasant smell in room. 3. Bathroom is not good (Worst maintenance). 4. Only one bathroom for a 5/7 person stay room. Over all worst experience.

Very peaceful place and helpful staff. It's near to varkala beach and black beach. It's our second time to stayed there. Now everyday they work on things and next time it will be great resort in varkala. Keep it up

Rooms were clean and safe. Lovely place with amazing garden and also with private cottages. This is a property where you need to spend just 3+ days to fall in love with it. Perfect location for a relaxing gateway.

We booked a double room and this is what we got; The room is the second floor with stairs behind the building.At night there is not even sufficient lighting at backside to reach the room. Our room did not have TV or toiletries and bed was not cleanly either. No room service. Not at all worth the money we spent

The village is not at all as advertised. The so called deluxe garden villa came with a kitchen with No fridge no stove not even a kettle to boil water. We had to ask for a top sheet for the beds and cold water in the showers. The owner seemed more interested in his new businesses than our stay.

Friendly staff and had a lovely relaxing stay here. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Overall good experience. The resort have private cottages as well as double rooms with beautiful garden.

I've been to varkala with my friends and we stayed at the village! And enjoyed very much our stay in this place, this place is beautiful well organized and most of all owner is so much helpful and supportive! Strongly recommended

Lovely place. Perfect location close to the beach and the village. Perfect clean. We felt safe. The owners do everything to make us feel good and adapt to our needs, they are also generous. Place and owners are warm and helpful. We have a very good time in varkala. We will come back.

The place is amazing. It's a calm place. Lots of green and flowers. Pretty good place for couples and friends too. I only had one problem with the maintaining of the rooms. Have already intimated to the host of the resort about the maintenance and the issues v faced. The host promised to take care of it.
