The hotel is located near the train station. Check-in takes place in another hotel, keep this in mind when booking. I advise you to write them a letter and they will answer you with detailed instructions on what you need to do before checking in. The hotel itself is small. The rooms are good, in an old building. Not very clean, but not completely dirty either. The location is very convenient, everything is close. Venice is not big at all, but it is not convenient with suitcases and this is definitely a plus that the hotel is close to the train station. The bathroom has shower gel, soap and shampoo. The bed is huge, the bed linen is clean, the mattress and pillows are normal. They do not have breakfasts. I recommend the hotel!

Room was very outdated and not as in the pictures. Please inform travelers in advance to check in at another hotel, since Venice is not the best place to walk around with all the luggage.

Check-in counters are different. I asked Trip.com to confirm in advance, but they said I had to go straight to Kadeipolo, which was not true. The day I stayed, it was very cold due to heavy rain, and when I turned on the warm air, there was a hoarse smell. Overall it was very poor. Please note that basic toothbrushes are not provided, so if you wish to check in, please go to agli artisti first.

Interesting hotel in a historical building. Convenient location close to the train station and bus station and 15 minutes walk from San Marco Square. Clean, comfortable bed and good WiFi. Roof terrace with a beautiful view. Perhaps the only significant drawback is the lack of a reception and the need to check-in at another hotel, Hotel Agli Artisti, a 10-minute walk away. For some reason this is not noted in the description?!

Large room. Very helpful staff: we had a problem with the heating but they fixed it quickly. Convenient luggage storage service. The lighting inside the room needs to be reviewed (various bulbs not working) and the sofa bed is a little uncomfortable if used by adults

Second time here. Check in at another hotel 10 minutes away. It is not clear why the hotel does not provide this information in advance. Overall, the hotel leaves only pleasant impressions. Very good stay in this hotel, the front door is a bit sad at first but when you enter the hotel it is very clean and the room is very good, quite spacious with a nice bathroom, the rooms are made every day, bath towels and hand towels also changed every day, close to bus stops and boat stations, small restaurants around the hotel, reception is 10/15 minutes walk away so not very far and the welcome at the reception was very good...
So many good memories...
