The hotel was simply outstanding from entrance to exit. The room was gorgeous, we stayed in the Gold room - this was so impressive in person. Our host (Jada) could not have been more welcoming or helpful through our stay. We went to see all of her recommendations (Murano, Burano etc.) and all were brilliant experiences that truly made our stay in Venice. We would never have visited half the things we did without her input, she was very pleasant and polite every day. The breakfast (2 hot croissants, tea/coffee, orange juice) was to die for every morning! Alessia made it so easy for us to order via WhatsApp and she even remembered our milk the day we forgot to ask for it. We have stayed in hotels all over the world (Dubai, New York, Mykonos etc.) and never have I been so impressed by how clean the room was and how comfy the bed was. Whenever we return to Venice (hopefully soon!! It’s stunning) we will absolutely stay here again. No doubt about it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. *****

Really a great stay. Without a doubt some of the best service ever received. Whoever was behind the WhatsApp responses to our every need should get a raise. Room was quaint as expected and spotless. Breakfast was a spectacular crescent with OJ and an exceptional cappuccino.

3 night stay, excellent location 5 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Beautifully decorated room bed was so comfy. Staff were so friendly & provided recommendations for dinner & boats to murano & burano. They even sent us a video showing the route from the airport to the hotel Lovely continental breakfast served in your room. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice
