Did not stay at the accommodation, but had several meals and gelatos here. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, with a good sense of humour. The salmon salad was a favourite and loved the pattern on the bowl it came in. The best coffee in Vernazza and the mintchoco Gelato is yummy.

Nice little room for one night in Vernazza. Comfy bed and great shower pressure! It was very tight in the room but for 1 night it worked out fine! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location!

The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The setting was beautiful and the location could not have been better as it was only a minute’s walk from the train. We will be back!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte alla Pensione Sorriso in una camera doppia con bagno in condivisione La posizione é tattica vicinissima alla stazione (100mt) e il personale é molto accogliente e gentile Consiglio peró il soggiorno al massimo per una notte sfruttando la comodità della location perché manca di molti confort Il problema,quando si ha un bagno in condivisione, é che andrebbe lavato/verificato piú volte nell'arco della giornata. Alla sera,essendo anche un bagno molto datato,era davvero in pessime condizioni,nonostante mancassero ancora molte docce dei pochi ospiti presenti sul piano Un altro aspetto importante da rivedere é l isolamento delle camere,di fatto si sente tutto! Essendo noi nella camera accanto al bagno é stato quasi impossibile riposare (si sentiva addirittura un vicino di stanza russare)é importante isolare in futuro le stanze

Zeer kleine kamer, badkamer nauwelijks een vierkante meter, douche echt miniem. En toch tegen stevige prijs. Ontvangst ok, maar weinig hartelijk. Ontbijt basis. Vernazza is duur om te logeren maar wellicht bestaan er betere prijs-kwaliteit alternatieven

Great bar in the beautiful scenery of Vernazza. Normal prices, very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Absolutely worth a visit.
