Lovely hotel ideally located with choice of public transport outside the door and 20 mins stroll to centre of Vienna .. restaurants and cafes nearby - staff exceptionally helpful and room v nice, spacious and comfortable. Hotel hallways etc a little shabby but we didn’t feel that impacted negatively

Greatly located in the nice Neubaus neighborhood, the Kugel is close to the Museum Quarter and very easy to get to the center of Vienna. In front of the 19th century building there is a tramway station that will take you to historical sites in a short ride. Rooms are ample and with good natural light and you can prepare your coffee and tea. Breakfast is very good and complete, a large variety of products including delicious breads! Try their scrambled eggs, great! The Kugel staff is very kind and helpful! Alex did everything to please us and gave us important info on very good restaurants near by. He remembered us from the last stay and this was a very nice touch. Thanks Alex, you are the best! Did not see the owners this time but they are also kind. We will stay again at the Kugel when visiting Vienna!

The staff and owner are exceptionally, friendly & helpful. Great recommendations for restaurants and coffee shops. Also very helpful on how to use the trams. I'd highly recommend this lovely Hotel. Location in a nice neighborhood with good shopping.

The location is very good with a vibrant surrounding area. Many restaurants and shops and also nice to walk around at all times. The hotel staff and management are extremely helpful and friendly. Very nice room design, clean and spatious. Easy to get to by public transportation.

Otel toplu taşımaya çok yakın, merkezi bir yerde, etrafında güzel cafe ve restoranlar var. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Hatta eşimin doğum günü için biz yokken gelip odayı süsleyip, küçük bir kutlama şampanyası bırakacak kadar düşünceliler. Asansör var. Oda tertemiz ve iyi donatılmış. Sadece klima yok, vantilatör var.

The Kugel is a wonderful old world hotel that is run by an exceptionally gracious and knowledgeable family. The rooms are neat and clean and met all of our needs. The breakfast was outstanding and includes all you will need to get the morning off to a great start. The location could not be better for all your sightseeing and restaurant needs in Vienna. The Kugel is a very cozy and hospitable hotel situated in the heart of Vienna.

Boutique Hotel Kugel is in the perfect location for a visit to Vienna. Many museums and a huge array of restaurants are all within easy walking distance. There are also tram and subway stops close by for longer journeys. The hotel itself is full of old world charm, is very comfortable, and has an outstanding breakfast service. Best of all is the staff, who never fail to help you plan your time in Vienna with great recommendations and information.

Localização central, perto de várias atrações e com ponto de tram (bonde) em frente ao hotel, basta atravessar a rua. O staff é muito atencioso e solicito, nos deram informações completas e precisas sobre muitas atividades em Viena. Interagimos muito com Alex, Christina e Sofia. Todos muito acolhedores e fizeram com que nos sentíssemos em casa. O quanto tem um tamanho bom, é muito bem decorado e limpo, a qualidade de sono foi excelente, a cama é muito boa e o hotel é bem silencioso. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar no Kugel. A qualidade do hotel superou minha expectativa pelo valor pago pela diária.

I had a pleasant stay at Boutique Hotel Kugel in Vienna. The location is good, within walking distance to the Habsburg, and the U3 train station is conveniently nearby. Despite being a small hotel, it is very clean, and the room I stayed in was both comfortable and offered a charming street view. One of the highlights of my stay was the great service provided by Alex at the hotel reception. He was very helpful with orientation and all the hotel services, making sure that every aspect of my stay was good.
