La calidez de las personas que colaboran es la diferencia Una semana con una atención muy buena Tanto en el hotel, como en el restaurante y en cerogrados el rental. Todo en un mismo lugar!!! Desayuno muy completo para arrancar bien el día. A pasos de amancay y de la nueva séxtuple Gracias!!!

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience. Before I start, I want to say that the in sight staff was extremely friendly and humble. Prior to the trip, I was exchanging messages with the hotel on a weekly basis, they were super nice and responsive. One week before the trip, we found out that my wife was pregnant and the doctor recommended her not to ski. I immediately wrote to the hotel and asked for a waiver on the cancellation fee. They just stopped replying to me. A “no” would be OK, but not replying was not nice. Once we got there: the place is for young adults looking to ski all day and relax at night. There is a loud music going on from 9am to 10pm. Now, things got really bad in the last day … at approximately 6am we woke up with people shouting and yelling outside - the hotel was on fire, literally. We grabbed a jacquet and ran away immediately. Once I opened the door, the place was already covered in smoke. There were no fire alarms or splinters in the whole building. Pretty scary. The staff were hero’s evacuating and helping everybody, and fortunately nothing too serious happened. That morning when we checked out, all we got was a “thank you”, kind of weird after what we went through…

Hospedamos nossa família de 4 durante 8 dias. O Refúgio é muito bem localizado, praticamente em frente ao estacionamento, à entrada de Cerro Catedral e demais comércios. Caso a sua prioridade seja esquiar e aproveitar o entorno do centrinho de Cerro Catedral, o Refúgio te atenderá completamente! Sobre as acomodações, são pequenas mas funcionais. Tudo novo, o hotel foi recentemente repaginado e a decoração é muito bonita e convidativa para o descanso após horas de esqui. O restaurante é muito bom! Acho que poderia haver mais opções no cardápio, porém o que há é muito bom e os atendentes muito simpáticos! Ponto de melhoria: as arrumadeiras poderiam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza e arrumação dos quartos. Ponto forte: “esqui in” e “esqui out”; você pode locar seus equipamentos e sair paramentado de dentro do saguão do Refúgio! Isso é muito prático e confortante após horas de esqui… Nós voltaríamos a nos hospedar no Refúgio Knapp!!

O quarto é confortável e funcionários muito simpáticos. No verão o quarto é muito quente. Não possui ar condicionado e obriga a dormir de janela aberta. O café da.manhã é ridiculo. O horário é das 8 as 10h mas iniciava as 8:30 e as 9:30 não havia mais nada para comer. Não faziam reposição. O café se resumia a café com leite sem repetição, suco de laranja não natural, poucas fatias de frutas da região, pão de forma (não fresco) manteiga, creme cheese, e presunto. A região no verão é deserta e o hotel fica a 18 km do centro de Bariloche e não 11km divulgado no site.

Muy lindo refugio de montaña;en el cerro catedral.Las hamburgers excelentes;el lugar muy lindas vistas para esperar el sunset entre las montañas. Las tortas agradable.El lugar muy bonito.Tienen wifi free.Precios medios.Es un lindo lugar para visitar.

Cheguei 18:00 e me disseram que o restaurante estava fechado e que não nos serviriam nada, nem mesmo um lanche. O atendimento é o pior possível, a recepção não sabe de nada sobre nada. O quarto que eu fiquei 105, é minúsculo, péssimo, com uma única janela com vista para uma parede. Não me lembro de ter me hospedado em lugar pior na vida. Não pretendo voltar nunca mais na vida.
