Beautiful, charming, historic, comfy, great service and good location. The breakfast buffet was the best - very refined and generous. The decor is elegant, comfortable rooms with all modcons. The only criticism is that the inner courtyard rooms get the restaurant noise until 11pm.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Hotel has a great location and everything you would need is very close. Room itself was very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was also very tasty and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would consider staying at this hotel once again.

Bel établissement dans une vieille bâtisse. Grande chambre spacieuse, literie correcte, avec une cour intérieure, l’hôtel donnant sur une route peu passante. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et bien achalandé, personnel très agréable. L’hotel permet de visiter facilement la ville a pied. À recommander

Hôtel de charme dans une maison ancienne, bien placé dans la vieille ville, grande chambre avec une literie confortable et une belle salle de bain, le tout à prix raisonnable. Un super petit déjeuner et un personnel efficace. Seul « tout petit bémol » : un wifi un peu lent.

Great location for walking the old town. Friendly staff especially when we asked for more pillows. Pillows were too soft though. Beautiful bathroom but needs somewhere by bath to put soap and hang towel a little closer. Just little niggles that did not hamper our stay.

The walk from the train station led us to think the area was a little sketchy but it was a safe and quiet location not far from bars, restaurants and the old town. The reception was unstaffed when we arrived and couldn't connect any calls but after a few minutes someone arrived to let us in. We had a lovely room at the front of the hotel with a little balcony. The room was comfortable but hot. The pillow could have done with replacing and there were no additional pillows. Breakfast was good enough to set us up for a day of sightseeing. On our last night we had drinks and then dinner on the terrace. There wasn't a menu and only one option so maybe check in advance it's something you can eat.

5 We were welcomed by the service manager, kasparas, whose attentiveness and helpfulness throughout our stay was exceptional. Our room was clean and spacious; the staff were friendly and went out of their to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with wonderful local crepes on offer and a wide selection of fruit, pastries and other delicacies. There is a spa attached to the hotel with excellent masseurs and a wine bar with a wide selection of French wines ….. this hotel was a real find.

Lovely clean Hotel. Beautiful room, on cobbled street in the Jewish Quarter. Very friendly helpful young man onreception. Very reasonable price. However I don’t agree with paying 2 Euros for a coffee in the room. It is a boutique hotel after all. Other than that , great stay

On our second visit to Vilnius we chose to stay here again as we had been very happy earlier in the year.. We were glad that we did as we could find no fault with this stylish hotel which is very centrally located in the old part of Vilnius. The included breakfast was particularly good with plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes. We can thoroughly recommend the Grotthuss Boutique Hotel.
