Hotels near Isonoura Beach Resort, Wakayama

I chose it because there is a large hot spring bath. It is close to Wakayama Station and there is a station behind the hotel, so it is convenient because you can enter and exit even in the early morning. Above all, it was good to be able to heal the fatigue in the hot spring. It was small and there were few washrooms, but there were no other users and I was able to relax in a state of occupying one person. The room was clean and even in the double room, there was a space to spread the luggage, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It's a little far from JR Wakayama station. A little. I thought it was just a walk, but it didn't take long enough. The exterior of the red brick is a little tired, but the semi-double room has been beautifully renewed. Bathroom is old. There are old places here and there. The employees were also in a good mood. Simple hotel but super convenient, close to JR train station and there are many eateries nearby. The hotel even includes a complimentary buffet breakfast, nothing fancy but just a nice touch to start your day. Room is proper and clean. Note that the train station nearby is JR Wakayama station and not Wakayama-shi (Wakayama city) station on the private train line. I made a mistake myself and had to get here by another train ride. This is a very pleasant town. If you have time, take the JR line to Kishi station (貴志駅) to see its famous cat manager Tama.

This is a well-facilitated hotel with very friendly and helpful room services delivered by the polite staff members. The hotel lobby is very clean with rich color of heritage and indigenous cultures. The nearby shopping and dining restaurants provide delicious and tasteful food. I would like to consume the hotel services again when returning to this wonderful town.

ｰ Food ｰ Dinner was graded and correct. The taste was really good in the sashimi that entered in a large cherry blossom like a ball box. I had a pot of quer and ISE shrimp, but I personally wanted ISE shrimp to be put out first. The seasoning is not a taste that feels luxury, but none of them are delicious. The dishes recommend grading. Breakfast was half a buffet, but the amount and taste are satisfactory. There are many hotels with breakfast, but this is not such a thing ｡ fried rice was so much on the rice that it was a big board behavior. Recommended is smoothie and fruit yogurt｡ This inn is not a room meal, but the dining hall is next door and there is no partition or cherry blossoms ｡ ｰ room ｰ room was Japanese room, with unit bus. Close to JR Wakayama station, whilst not on the most exciting side, there's still plenty of food options for dinner. The hotel is what you would expect from the Toyoko Inn chain if you've ever stayed with them before: efficient check in, good service, small but clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is the usual basic Japanese fare with toast as a Western option, with limited seating. They strangely seemed to be lacking knives, so other hotel guests as well as myself were using forks, spoons and chopsticks to try and spread the jam on the toast! A well priced hotel which gives me the basics I need for a good night's rest.

Standard Japanese business hotel, albeit with an onsen and newer than most. Breakfast is adequate, with western coffee on offer. Location is not central, but within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Shimo-Isaka station, restaurants, and a supermarket. Not exactly geared towards non-Japanese travelers, since the staff hardly speaks English and the hotel information given is only in Japanese. Extremely satisfied with it considering the affordable room rate.
