I booked a room with breakfast for two, but only one person was given free breakfast, and the credit card was forced to deduct the breakfast fee for the other person. The hotel management was chaotic and kept arguing and refusing to refund. The experience was terrible!

Very new hotel. The hotel staff are not familiar with the service process. The hotel information on Ctrip is not accurate. Parking is $30 during the day and $68 overnight. How can hotel guests not stay overnight? Breakfast is not all-inclusive. Each person is given a $20 quota. More than that needs to be paid separately. However, after eating breakfast and checking out, breakfast was still charged separately. After some inquiries, the hotel staff did some research and explained that the breakfast bill was not credited until after the checkout, resulting in the breakfast quota for each person not being deducted. This process is really amazing. So far, I don’t know whether the overcharged fees have been refunded. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the National Gallery.

The service is quite satisfactory. Since it has just opened, the facilities are complete and the sanitation is relatively clean. I don’t have the habit of taking photos, so I don’t have any pictures.

The people at the front desk and at the door were very polite and enthusiastic. The parking fee is a bit expensive, but the room is new and the location is good. There is a painting in the room that is too scary

Hotel con molti aspetti negativi e pochi positivi. Pro: buona posizione per Capitol Hill, stanze grandi, nuove e cibo abbastanza buono. Contro: avevamo prenotato su Booking una camera con vista su Capitol hill che costava di più. Arrivati in albergo a notte tarda, ci dicono che nessuna stanza ha la vista su Capitol Hill. Questo significa truffare i clienti, i quali decidono di pagare per una stanza che non ha la vista, ma che è nominata: “con vista su Capitol Hill”. La donna alla reception ci dice che è il “nome della camera” e lo fa in modo arrogante. I clienti non vanno presi in giro. L’albergo è nuovo, ma senza personalità e freddo, a partire dagli spazi comuni alle persone che ci lavorano, i quali o sono freddi o sono per lo più arroganti. In aggiunta, ti obbligano a pagare oltre 30$ come tassa giornaliera e quindi il prezzo su Booking non corrisponde in alcun modo a quello reale. Abbiamo usufruito dei 12$ inclusi come voucher. Peccato che la donna che controllava il ristorante era arrogante e mai sorridente. Il cibo non era male, ma non ci veniva voglia di mangiare. Inoltre, il ristorante era francese e mal si sposava con l’albergo moderno e freddo. Poche scelte per chi ha bambini e cibo troppo elaborato. Questo albergo, pur essendo nuovo, non è un albergo di lusso e non offre dei servizi di tale livello. Non era nemmeno possibile vedere Netflix in camera perché non funzionava il collegamento. Ho dunque chiamato per aggiustare il problema, e’ venuto un ragazzo che non è riuscito a fare nulla e abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema per tutti i giorni, senza che nessuno della reception si interessasse di aggiustare il problema. Quando abbiamo fatto il check out, ho preteso di parlare con la manager, la quale è stata comprensiva riguardo al fatto della camera e ci ha tolto qualcosa, mentre avrebbe fatto migliore figura a farci pagare la camera di meno, dato che non abbiamo avuto quanto avevamo pagato. Non ci tornerei mai più. Ci sono alberghi a Washington più belli, più caldi e con servizi nettamente migliori.
