i had booked a 3 night package for my family, and due to the unfortunate landslides just the day before my visit, i asked them to cancel the booking. They have initiated the refund since 31st july and i am yet to see anything in my bank account, it has been more than 40 days!! the only response i get it is taking time and i will get the money eventually but they cant confirm or update anything properly, even after following up so many times they committed to wait till 10sep, and i am yet to see any update. please be very careful if you are booking with them directly, the front office is clueless and barely of any help on this issue, not sure how many other customers like me are still waiting for there refunds, this has been the worst experience of refund and booking i have ever dealt with, they call themselves a 5 star chain but i’m not sure if any 5 star would be leaving such a bad experience with their customers.

Very nice resort , staffs are very friendly, especially front office staffs.infinty pool and the view is awesome the rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend!" Overall, I would highly recommend the Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and top-notch service makes it the perfect destination for couples, families, and solo travelers alike.

Absolutely top notch. No regrets of paying for such outstanding stay. Highly recommend . Food and hospitality was amazing. Views are breathtaking. Property is very clean and well maintained. Thank you for great service at restaurant. Will visit again.

We stayed in the resort for 2 nights. Our experience was so good that we'd recommend the resort to anyone visiting Wayanad. Right from our room which was super spacious & clean, to the entire hotel staffs courtesy in almost everything, each food dish served being delicious, the no. of amenities and the way the resort is maintained and lastly the breathtaking views of Banasursagar reservoir from the room balcony everything was perfect. Special Thanks to Sajini, Eliphus and Revathi for taking care of our stay and to entire staff of Mountain Shadows. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

One of the best holidays ever. Very polite customer oriented staff. Sandeep was the best. Suresh the chef and others were amazing too. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Overall 5 star experience.. we have stayed here twice and may come back soon in the future :)
