It's as clean as ever. I stayed there for two days and everything that a hotel should have is available. Currently, all hotels in New Zealand provide bath towels, so I can't believe all the posts that say they don't have bath towels haha 😃

There is a bar street downstairs of the hotel. It was very noisy at night and I couldn't sleep. The parking lot was too small. There was an SUV parked at the ramp exit of the parking lot. It was basically impossible to get downstairs and out. In the end, the car was scratched.

The room is very small. There is no free bottle or two of mineral water. The receptionist at the hotel's front desk when checking in had a bad service attitude and was very impatient. The hotel's own parking lot actually charges a fee of 25 New Zealand dollars a night, and 50 New Zealand dollars was paid when checking in for two nights. However, at noon the next day, I found a sticker on the front windshield saying "You haven't paid, you can be towed." ". I took the order to the front desk to complain, and was told that they didn't make the shift clear. The room key card cannot open the door the next day, my God! The room card needs to be renewed every day! ! ! This is the worst service I have ever experienced! ! ! Will not stay at this hotel again!

The room was very good, very comfortable and quiet. It was very close to the museum and the food nearby was very convenient. I visited Wellington a few years ago. The city center is not big and you can walk around in more than an hour.
