We booked the king suite with the spa tub. The room was abysmal. Although it is a “smoking” room, the air was as if a smoke break was taken in there right before we arrived. There was cracked paint on multiple surfaces, open screw holes on the walls, black mold on the ceiling above the shower, and cockroaches. We immediately cancelled the room and booked elsewhere. The manager on duty was very understanding and helpful in cancelling and refunding the room.

unpleasant experience, the front desk lady is rude, rooms are outdated and very noisy AC. I agree with the previous review about breakfast all carbs no protein at all. Bed is very uncomfortable. No complementary coffee or tea even water. Definitely would not coming back.

I like the fact that the property is close to a whole lot of convenience stores. Checking in was quite easy although I booked the rooms late from *******. This is actually my 2nd time around checking in on the Days Inn West Covina. I will check in again to this place whenever I’m visiting that area for sure. Thanks.

Pretty nice for the price. Clean and sanitary. Pool and jacuzzi on site. Can use property improvement thiugh.

Sketchy area, no one at front desk was friendly, room smelled musty, and VERY LIMITED breakfast…all bread and carbs; no protein.

Staff was not friendly nor helpful. First, they didn’t allow my husband to check in because I used Wyndham points to book instead of cash. Second, they gave my King bed room (that I needed) and switched it to a 2 bed room when I had clearly booked a King (more than likely because I didn’t pay cash). Lastly, floors were disgusting. My toddler walked around in the morning while I was getting ready for no more than 45mins- 1 hour. Her white socks were BLACK at the bottom. Had to throw them away.
