我很少給人差評，但是，這次真的是忍無可忍。在這個設施都差不多的時代。能拼的也就是服務了，但是PT電競酒店設施和服務都差的一塌糊塗，床很硬，電競座椅也很爛，毛巾也是爛的舊的不像樣了，水壓小，洗澡水流小的可憐，需要很久時間，冷熱水調節有問題，容易被燙到，前台服務也一般，去過很多地方，住過很多酒店，沒有見到比這家酒店服務還差的。最基本的洗澡拖鞋都沒有，説衹有一次性的，難道大家洗澡會穿着一次性的拖鞋進入淋浴間洗澡嗎？放了兩瓶洗髮露，卻沒有沐浴露，太不仔細了。這是我有史以來入住酒店最差的一家！住你家酒店搞得住客欠你們酒店的，兩百五十多的價格花錢買罪受！

晚上熱水出水量少 洗完澡超級冷、早上起床窗簾不擋光 很影響睡眠、房間設定太老 房間還有氣味 衞生間也很臭，前台都是服務態度不好
