一開始沒找到位置，正好樓下在辦中秋晚會很熱鬧，打電話詢問之後根據指引很快找到了12樓前台（其實蠻好找的，工商銀行對面這棟，就是電梯口被掛了社區的牌子還以為是社區入口）。窗外的公園蠻大，湖景不錯，早上起來開窗空氣不錯，隔音很好，晚上安靜，適合休息。看到很多車停公園在，這次沒開車，下次把車停裏面，老闆説一天14，那價格確實不貴，主要還是近，就在正樓下！房間衞生蠻乾淨的，設施也挺好，洗衣機、冰箱都有，比較方便。進來的時候沒拍照，住的比較亂了，隨便拍幾張。兩張床，一張一米五、一張一米八，挺大的，應該是家庭雙床吧，住三四個人沒問題，沒仔細看介紹還以為是兩張1米2的床，不錯不錯，挺大的。公寓式酒店老闆好好裝修，優點還是很明顯的，房間大，隔音好，外賣能送門口。剛好這家老闆裝修很用心，投影效果好，房間設施智能語音都能控制，價格不貴，性價比很高，值得推薦！

第一次到這個酒店，離我看演唱會的地方很近，性價比是屬於附近酒店裡最高的了，衞生乾淨，裝修也很温馨不像大多數那種很複雜很直男的風格，下次還回去👏

房間很大，小度智能，設施很齊全，還有洗衣機，樓下萬達商圈餐飲購物都很方便，離體育中心、地鐵站也近，前台服務細心，升級了按摩椅房型，下次看演唱會首選。

【優點】
1、前台接待人員服務挺好，值得讚賞！
2、價格CP值高。
3、房間面積挺大，還很智能（小度智能）。
4、隔壁就是萬達廣場。
5、周邊小吃街的店家非常多，生活機能非常好。
【缺點】
1、酒店所在大樓老舊，所以房間內的原硬件也稍嫌老舊。
2、花灑固定件太高了（估計在1.8米左右，1.6米的住客應該構不到），不想洗頭卻是必須洗。
3、花灑可能是老舊了，所以水量不大。
4、花灑固定的位置居然是讓花灑水花面對玻璃門，洗完澡之後，衞生間就淹水了。
5、冰箱內有異味。
