First of all, the location is quite convenient. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for eating and shopping. It is about a 10-minute walk from Xudong Metro Line 8. Parking is also convenient. There is a parking lot.
Second, the room arrangement. I booked two rooms, both of which are in the corner. One of the big bed rooms is next to the kitchen. It is quite noisy and there is no ventilation window. The room is quite damp and smells bad. I am very dissatisfied with this. The rag used by the cleaning staff to wipe the floor in the other twin bed room has a strong smell. After multiple reports, it has not been resolved.
Third, the customer service staff is quite enthusiastic, but the front desk staff seem to be stunned and communication is difficult.
Fourth, the breakfast is OK. The price of more than 20 yuan is quite cost-effective.
Overall, it is not as good as expected

It was a wise choice to choose this hotel for the weather during the summer vacation. During the two-day stay, I even felt that the hot summer in August was not that hot. The hotel environment is invincible. The room of Tingtao No. 2 where I stayed was newer, but the driver of the shuttle battery car took us to stroll along the way and introduced that the vegetation environment of Yisuo was better. Sure enough, I must stay in Yisuo next time I come to Wuhan. It feels like I can play in the park for two days. The room decoration is old-fashioned, but the facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich, the service staff is polite and courteous, and has a strong sense of propriety. The explanation of the former residence exhibition hall is also very interesting. The hotel is also very close to Xibo, which is about 8 minutes' walk away. I like this hotel so much. It deserves to be the ceiling of the hotel in the system.

Very clean but also very noisy hotel. Can hear other guests in the corridor and work people speaking loudly in the store behind hotel, even at 03:00am. Wouldn't recommend for vacation, a short 12 hour business stay is more suitable. Pillows are not very good also!

The cleaning is average, the towels are not clean, there is toothpaste left by the previous tenants on the floor of the bathroom, and there are takeaway dishes in the drawer... The thermostat of the water heater is not very good, and the water from the faucet almost scalded me. The front desk is indifferent, like a high-end B&B, not like a hotel, and the price is expensive.

A very satisfactory experience. I had just finished cleaning when I checked in. The faint smell of disinfectant gave people a great sense of security. I stayed in Shuaifu for two days. The experience was very good. The bedding was comfortable. The front desk and cleaning services were also very good. It was very convenient to go for a walk in Wuhan University at night and to play during the day. It was about 600 meters away from the subway station, which was convenient for travel. There was also a place to eat Gong'an beef and fish offal next to it, where you can check in. There were quite a lot of foreign friends staying there, and it felt very city!

The hotel is very good. I didn't expect to be so satisfied with this price! Let's talk about the breakfast first. It was delivered to the room. The breakfast was really super rich and delicious. There was a portion of hot dry noodles, steamed buns, dumplings, corn, sweet potatoes, noodles, eggs, soy milk, and fried dough sticks. It really suits my habit of not having a big appetite but wanting to have a bite of everything. Haha, thumbs up! The mattress and pillow in the room are very comfortable. I didn't sleep well, so I rested very well. The floor-to-ceiling windows can see the high-rise city view, but unfortunately I forgot to take pictures! What's a plus is that no matter where I meet the service staff, they will say hello to me. This is also great. I was warmed up at once~ I will choose here next time, looking forward to it

This is a great hotel located across the road from Wuhan university, walking distance to a metro station, and a 20-30 minute drive to the city centre.
The staff were very helpful and quick to resolve the water pressure issue I had, immediately.
The amenities were probably the highlight of the stay with a large screen and projector for a TV, kitchenette, a lovely bathroom, and a comfortable bed.
I would definitely recommend this stay!

TTeobisataThis hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions.
The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues.
The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room.
The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home.
The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan.
I strongly recommended it.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

MMohamedThis is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality.
This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence.
I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed.

GGuest UserBecause I had to take a flight early the next morning, I checked into the Vienna International Hotel Wuhan Airport Branch on the evening of January 25. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by the newly renovated hotel facilities, high-end atmosphere, and magnificent European decoration style. Immediately I came to the front desk and was greeted with a smile by the staff with ID No. 2 and received me warmly. At the same time, she took into consideration that we were older and specially arranged a comfortable and quiet room for us, so that we had a pleasant and unforgettable last night in Wuhan. And early the next morning, we also tasted the delicious and rich breakfast provided by the hotel, especially the ”hot dry noodles”. I will stay at this high-quality hotel with warm and thoughtful service when I go to Wuhan in the future.

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food available were simply outstanding. Whether you prefer Western or Asian cuisine, there was something to suit every palate. GGuest UserI have stayed at Somerset many times. The location of this Somerset is not very central, but it is cost-effective. When a family of 5 travels, you can also make some midnight snacks. It is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. I will choose Somerset next time.

YYee KwanBEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE.
We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel.
Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly.
Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message,
”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.”
We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK.
So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just a 5-minute walk from Xunlimen subway station, and it is very convenient to various attractions. The lobby is spacious and the rooms are average, the hygiene is OK, the bathroom is relatively small, the door faces the toilet, and it is inconvenient to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and the water is not very smooth, but the service staff of the room is very good and responsive. Breakfast is located on the top floor, with a wide view, a full range of varieties and good taste. Due to personal reasons, I dyed two square towels and a medium towel of the hotel, and was asked to pay 50 yuan in compensation. I feel that the charge is too expensive. The compensation should be charged reasonably and the interests of consumers should be protected. However, it is indeed better to be careful not to let such things happen.
