Onvriendelijk personeel. Ik werd aangestaard door het personeel alsof ze nog nooit een buitenlander hadden ontvangen. Ik vroeg of ik drinkwater kon krijgen op de kamer en er werd me toegeschreeuwd dat ik daar zelf maar voor moest zorgen of betalen voor flesjes water. Kamer was vrij klein, weinig loopruimte. Ook was de vloer versleten. Wifi op de kamer werkte niet. Verder wel schoon, mooi uitzicht vanuit raam. Goed en vullend ontbijt.

個人覺得不錯。兩天半的旅行，感覺這個酒店的位置非常理想，交通、吃飯、購物在台懷鎮都是最適中的。房間整潔，床單新，床墊的軟硬度特別舒適，熱水很好，並不象評價説的那樣難調。早餐也很可口。晚上拉開窗簾就能看見月亮，早上能看到山上雲霧繚繞。唯一的遺憾就是門縫有點大又趕上有人在走廊抽煙屋裡煙味有點大。如果有機會再來五台山應該還會住這裏。
