We had a really spectacular stay at this hotel. I chose it because it looked like it would be a home away from home and it certainly was. So much so that we intend to stay here again. The staff were super polite and helpful especially in the restaurant and they spoke English. They quickly made accommodations for us to get us another broth and informed us of what wouldn't match our dietary restrictions. And the noodles, spring chicken and chocolate pastry were sooo tasty. 😊 Much respect to Eason and the team.😊 The room was very spacious and clean and carries a line of toiletries that I am quite fond of🥰 The location is literally meters away from Nanchang Walking Street where you can have tea by the riverside. It is also just across from a restaurant village and about 11 minutes from Wuxi railway station. It's also just a straight line distance to The Turtle Head Park so if you feel like riding, you won't get lost. Really wonderful experience!

The first day I stayed at the apartment homestay was fooled by the rating and stepped on the pit. There are many people at the front desk who have been looking for a long time together. The room was large and the service staff was very warm. Because of the marathon, the breakfast arrived at 5 o'clock in the morning. It was very intimate. At the same time, the late check-out was delayed until 3 pm. After the run, I came back to take a shower and rest. I didn’t worry about it. I took the child and added a free breakfast. The downside is that the room is old. Prices have risen a bit during the horse race

The hotel is near to the metro with lot of small food stalls. Extremely convenient location to travel to multiple attractions. The family connecting room are very big.

The location is OK, but the facilities are old. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to anywhere, and one kilometer to the subway. It is close to the road, and the soundproofing of the room is average, which needs to be improved.

The room is big and the service is good. I will never be disappointed when I choose Orange Hotel every time I travel. This time is still perfect. The hotel is very close to Yuantouzhu and the breakfast is very rich. I will choose Orange Hotel next time.

Went Wuxi with family .. stayed 2 nights .. hotel is good and clean .. location is perfect close to downtown , railway station and shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms are clean and neat. Special mention to friendly staff. They were helpful and supportive. Good breakfast with variety and western options too . Child friendly hotel My son enjoyed the stay . Overall great experience.. Will stay again for sure ..
