Hotels in Wuxi with Swimming Pools

I stay at 50th floor, nice view. No building have taller than you. The staff here also do their jobs, which is very good. Shopping around for sight seeing and hang-out after work. Close to the main railway station. Good.

We had a really spectacular stay at this hotel. I chose it because it looked like it would be a home away from home and it certainly was. So much so that we intend to stay here again. The staff were super polite and helpful especially in the restaurant and they spoke English. They quickly made accommodations for us to get us another broth and informed us of what wouldn't match our dietary restrictions. And the noodles, spring chicken and chocolate pastry were sooo tasty. 😊 Much respect to Eason and the team.😊 The room was very spacious and clean and carries a line of toiletries that I am quite fond of🥰 The location is literally meters away from Nanchang Walking Street where you can have tea by the riverside. It is also just across from a restaurant village and about 11 minutes from Wuxi railway station. It's also just a straight line distance to The Turtle Head Park so if you feel like riding, you won't get lost. Really wonderful experience!

Room was better than what I had expected. Stayed on the 42nd floor with astonishing view of the vibrant city. Location is good, breakfast could be better. I would definitely love to come back again for future trip to Wuxi.

Great hotel, right in the heart of the city and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. My room was comfortable and had a great view. Breakfast had a good selection.

We enjoyed our stay here. The suite was huge and really made us comfortable - and being on the 5th floor we had a lovely view too. Breakfast was perfectly adequate - fruit, yoghurt, a few pastries, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, and the usual Chinese fare. The pools and hot springs were lovely too but limited shade at the pools. Because both outdoor pools are completely uncovered, you're swimming in luke warm water by 10am. There is also limited seating - with metal chairs, mostly left in the sun. More shade would make it even better. But the pools are clean and we loved our swimming time. The other thing I found annoying - the hotel is not cheap but you still have to pay an additional fee to rent the floaties - this would be a lovely free thing. Lunch was reasonable - only a limited choice of Chinese dishes. Dumplings and sweet and sour pork were delicious. Dinner was a bit disappointing. Very few dishes available, otherwise only barbecue. The meat offered was quite fatty and overpriced. Beer was well priced but could have been colder. Staff were friendly and helpful although no English, so if you can't speak Chinese, this will make it difficult. We will stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was super comfortable! A good location for visiting tourist attractions in Wuxi, relatively close to the lake too. The breakfast was decent, there was a lot of Chinese options but not too many western breakfast options. The staff are helpful and friendly too. I would recommend staying here.

Checking in late at night in the scorching heat, the front desk service staff is friendly and has a strong sense of service, and actively coordinates with other departments to deliver ice cubes to the room. Later, I contacted the front desk to send some baby supplies, which was also very fast. The next day, when I met the cleaning staff in the corridor, they would take the initiative to say hello, and it was not the kind of emotionless routine, which made people feel very comfortable. The room layout and facilities are very good and impressive, and the air conditioning is very powerful. The only regret is that the water in the shower is a bit small, which may not be enjoyable for those who like a strong water flow. I got up in the morning and walked around the hotel. It is on the edge of Taihu Lake. It is very quiet and suitable for relaxing. There is also a place to raise peacocks outside the restaurant on the first floor. The little friends like it very much. The master who feeds them is also very nice and explains patiently. The breakfast is very rich, 5-star praise. In general, the stay experience exceeded expectations, and it is worthy of being the first choice hotel in Wuxi. However, we checked in on an off-peak Thursday night. Based on past experience, if you check in on a long holiday or a weekend, it is recommended to lower your expectations appropriately. The service may not be so timely and the price will be different.

Went Wuxi with family .. stayed 2 nights .. hotel is good and clean .. location is perfect close to downtown , railway station and shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms are clean and neat. Special mention to friendly staff. They were helpful and supportive. Good breakfast with variety and western options too . Child friendly hotel My son enjoyed the stay . Overall great experience.. Will stay again for sure ..

The room has a great view, facing the lake, and the night view is beautiful. It is also very close to Sunac Paradise and the transportation is very convenient. Due to the large number of people traveling during the holidays, we were not able to book a room for us on time on the day of check-in. However, the front desk temporarily arranged another room for us to rest and gave us a fruit plate.

Environment: In front of the hotel is Taihu Plaza. It is very large and you can go for a walk in the evening. It is very quiet. The other is the canal, and the room I stayed in saw exactly half of the canal. Facilities: The room is fully functional, the bathroom is quite large, there is a bathtub, a shower room, and the toilet is in a separate place. The wet and dry areas are separated and do not affect each other. Hygiene: I found some problems in the bathroom when I first checked in. I contacted the front desk service and asked the aunt to clean and disinfect some areas. It only took 6-7 minutes to clean. The aunt answered 5-6 calls. Also very speechless. Service: There is no one to guide you when parking in a five-star hotel. You need to ask yourself. There is no concierge in the lobby, so you need to take the initiative to check in. None of these meet five-star service standards.
