The Garden Hotel is a resort hotel with a unique location, a green courtyard, and a restaurant close to Taihu Lake, offering a 180-degree panoramic view of the lake. The balcony of the guest room offers a view of the vast lake and the city skyline. Good hotel management and service have enhanced the quality of the hotel. The two gentlemen at the front desk were polite and friendly, and took good care of the elderly, leaving us with long and happy memories during our short vacation.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the gate of Shantou and Chongshan. In the morning, I went all the way to save the trouble of traffic jams. Hotel front desk, floor service, restaurant service are very polite, elevator card swipe upstairs. The room is quite big and the bedding is comfortable. The facilities and equipment are very new, and the partitioned glass can be atomized with one click. In short, the hardware and various services are very good.

They contacted me before check-in to explain the check-in matters; there were fragrant lily flowers in the hotel lobby, and the overall decoration of the hotel was simple and distinctive; the child liked the frog arrangement in the room, and he said he didn't want to leave; the electric kettle, toilet, hair dryer, tea bags and many other supplies are of good quality, which is in line with my personal daily life habits, and can compete with the five-star hotels I have stayed in before (of course, the overall temperament and price of five-star hotels are still different, but some supplies are not as good as this one). Finally, I have to praise their breakfast, a Western breakfast, one serving per person, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable dining environment .

You’ll never believe how amazing the place is . Very modern ,international standards. The neighborhood around is very nice .enjoyed every minute of my stay. Never wanted to leave in the morning 😂😂but i had meetings to attend to . Very reliable reception in times of need .The most amazing fact is that the accept a stay in for even foreigners which is a very hard thing to come by for most hotels in china👍👌. Very good, clean environment, welcoming front desk, the parking lot is a part of the hotel's own area, parking spaces are sufficient, the service staff are really service-conscious, they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet, and they will take the initiative to clean the room. The breakfast is very clean and rich. To talk about the shortcomings, the hotel is next to the viaduct. It is really noisy. Even if you close the windows, you can clearly hear the sounds of cars coming and going. It is more uncomfortable for people like me who sleep lightly. The room is a bit small, and there is a hanger. The hanger is dangling and unstable. There are also a few metal hangers on it. It will sound when the window is open, and it will sound when you walk by, which is somewhat uncomfortable. . About 10-12mins walk from Exit 4 of Sanyang Plaza metro, Orient Plaza exit. There are many exits, probably over 20. This is a very central metro station. Buy a day pass for unlimited travel from the metro at any railway station or airport. 1 day at 12yuan, 2 days at 22 yuan or 3 days at 30 yuan. Very economical and easy way to travel by metro in Wuxi. You can't buy this card from other metro stations, including Sanyang Plaza. The hotel is old but clean with a lift. Room facilities are good enough. The toilet seat can be heated for cold weather and comes with water jet for personal hygiene. Bathroom and toilet separated by a curtain, which was effective for keeping the toilet dry. Slippers provided in bathroom which was useful. Hooks on door to put your clothes when using the bathroom/toilet. Towels changed daily. Simple Chinese buffet breakfast. Ample street food choices nearby at reasonable prices.
