The new decoration smells like decoration. I bought formaldehyde remover at my own expense and put it next to the bed. I didn't take it with me in the end. I hope the hotel will not throw it away and continue to use it. Although it is newly renovated, the air conditioner is old and rumbling. There is a food court downstairs, but it is basically deserted and there are no people around. I would like to praise the service staff for their very good attitude.

Ordinary express hotel, the room is small, it is still relatively clean, I am a family of four self-driving tour, other things delayed the temporary decision to live in Wuxi, there is no such in the formation plan, but it is also good, Wuxi Lushan Taihu Lake view is also good, the children are very happy, Instead, the destination Jiangsu did not play anything, and all gardens had to be reserved. We didn't know that we didn't go in 😹. Breakfast is delivered to the room, bread cakes, soy milk millet porridge eggs are available, but not very good... Very cost-effective. It feels like a community is included. The room type is the room type of the apartment. This is not important. The important thing is that the garden built in the apartment park is the same. It turned out to be the most place for our two families to spend two days. There is a small green grass, we picnic, tent, feed fish, catch shrimp, Jingmei walk the baby and relax, it is recommended to go.

GGuest UserWe had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

Because my child is here for his birthday, I called the front desk in advance and the hotel prepared many surprises: a birthday cake in the room, longevity noodles in the restaurant, and room service. It has been upgraded. There are many child-friendly things. The breakfast room also thoughtfully asked us if we still need to prepare birthday supplies for our children. The considerate service at all times made me feel more cordial. Thank you. I will come back in the future. Even though I live in Nanjing, but for Wuxi because of this Hotel and want to come again! great!

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

WWujunlushiThe hotel is in a good location, very close to Exit 1 of Nanchan Temple Subway Station. It is not too far from Sanyang Square, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel staff from the front desk to the room staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and they proactively provide children's products. Breakfast is provided, the variety is average, and there is no problem with eating. The room is relatively large, with a tea tasting area, a lot of mineral water, and small snacks. However, there are some problems with the facilities in the bathroom. The water is slow to drain, and the hot and cold water signs in the shower area are reversed, which scalded me. Although the bathtub provides a disposable bath bag, there are no handrails or anti-slip mats on the side. When getting up, it is still quite slippery and easy to fall. And there is only one floor mat, which is not enough. It can be improved appropriately. But overall it is satisfactory.

5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.
