設施環境一流，服務也很用心。地理位置很棒，出門就可以眺望到終南山南五台的風景。就是門口過於低調，進出稍有不便。因為園林較大，若是有觀光車能夠直通大堂和房間就更好了，相信以後會越來越好。

位置比較遠，從酒店門口到房間有很長一點路，長者家或者行動不便的就別想了，幾乎進來就別想出去。路是石板一個個拼的，輪椅也沒法推。酒店的牙膏是過期的，早餐我們兩間房6個人也少給了幾份，店家也就讓免費吃頓晚餐來補償。另外，這裏的晚餐也要600-700一個人？再加上清明期間住兩晚，兩間房花了快2萬，非常不值。西安的民宿就這樣了，完全不能和沿海地區的比，最貴的也就這水平，大家謹慎。唯一的亮點就是地方大，花園大。
