Très bon hôtel que je recommande chaudement. Il se situe à 15 minutes à pied des ramparts de la vieille ville. Accueil chaleureux, lits confortables et personnel très à l’écoute. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Yuan yuan and xiaodong pour leur service et attention à nos besoins

房間住得非常滿意，管家小董和浩浩服務熱情有禮貌，下次還來訪酒店設備設施齊全，有洗衣機，烘乾機，還有健身房贈送了兩張免費咖啡券，兑換的咖啡味道也很不錯，酒店整體很有設計感，樓道里面有很多畫，拍照很出片，住了三天，在酒店內部看到很多外國人入住酒店整體規格很高，推薦要來西安的朋友選擇合宿設計師酒店🏨 熱情有禮貌

在西安的旅途中，我們選擇入住合宿設計師飯店，這是一個位於朱雀街的飯店，周邊生活機能便利，讓整個旅行變得更加輕鬆。飯店的位置非常理想，隔壁就有一家當地著名的早餐店，步行不到兩分鐘即可到達，這裡供應的早餐充滿了濃郁的陝西風味，讓我們每天都能從美味的早餐開始活力滿滿的一天。再往前走大約十分鐘，就可以抵達小南門。小南門的早市和夜市同樣地點，提供多樣的小吃和當地特色商品，非常方便，白天可以在早市體驗當地的生活氣息，晚上則可在夜市感受西安的熱鬧氛圍。
飯店的設施也非常周到，對於長時間旅行的旅客來說，提供的洗衣機和烘乾機是一個很大的加分項，讓我們不必擔心衣物清洗的問題。飯店還免費提供洗衣精，讓人感受到貼心的服務。此外，房間內的衣櫃也備有足夠的衣架，方便旅客整理衣物。最讓人印象深刻的是，考慮到西安這幾天的空氣品質不佳，飯店特別在房間內提供了空氣清淨機，這對於長期處於重度污染的城市旅遊來說，無疑是一種安心的保障。

房間環境很讚 住的很舒服
而且前台服務好得沒話說，前面幾天的管家不知道叫什麼名字，後面是歡歡和小雅，都很讚
還有洗衣機和烘衣機，對於我這次住比較多天的人來說真的很方便
還有精美的禮物！！
唯一的小缺點，一樓一進門石子路有點難推行李箱，但不是什麼大問題👍

先説結論:不會來，有問題急需改進。
設施：整體用的黑色，所以進門看起來總像有一層灰。雙床間鏡子離床太近，半夜醒過來看到挺驚悚的，講究風水的估計會住的不太舒服。
衞生：穿拖鞋走路有粘黏的感覺和聲音，我住了一間合悦大床房換成了雙人間，都有這個問題，不知道是不是打掃的不太好還是地板的問題。
環境：周邊交通還算便利，其他難評。8207晚上樓上有機器轟鳴，耳朵超疼，讓換個房間，前台很明顯知道這個房間有問題，但你問樓上是什麼他又不肯説，衹説沒房間了你要不戴個耳塞睡吧。
最後終於換了一個，但已經完全不想在這裏住了。
服務：表面禮貌，內心十分不友好，顧客轉個頭就和同事説難搞。中間房間連不上藍牙，員工過來連，説沒問題，她的能連上。但是我的連不上啊……是我住不是她住啊……
退房的時候各種讓我不要評論……我不評論繼續讓你們刷好評騙人過來嗎？真是無語。提前退房以後奪命連環call。
