從南到北，走東闖西的我住過不少酒店，特別是一些高端五星的，如果服務滿分是一百分，這家酒店的服務能給120分，能看得出酒店管理層是有服務管理體系的，而且執行的很到位，員工也是有認同感的在服務客人，不是拿工資而硬性去執行的服務，很用心。位置出行極佳，地鐵全程覆蓋景點。不足還是有一些設備老舊，但是能看到修理痕跡，不過正常的磨損老化已經不可逆了，需要投入精力去翻新嘍，總之，超滿意，來西安必須這家店……
