I rarely write reviews, but this hotel impressed me so much that I had to comment! Facilities: Both public facilities and facilities in the room are very complete. When I was looking for the TV remote control, I saw an emergency hand point and a sewing box in the drawer. The hotel at this price is so well equipped with toiletries. Hygiene: Very clean, no flaws can be found! Environment: The room is very spacious and the bathroom is very spacious. It was already very cold outside, but the heating in the room was very hot, which was much more comfortable than air conditioning! Service: The service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. When we got off the elevator, the front desk lady personally saw us off at the elevator entrance! The breakfast is very good, and children under 120 are free. Parking is free and transportation is convenient. A Starbucks cup was also given, which I really loved! Highly recommended 👍👍👍 I will stay here again when I come to Xi'an next time!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete facilities. The dining options are varied and the taste is excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It is very convenient to take public transportation or take a taxi. There are also many attractions and shopping centers nearby, which are very convenient for travel and shopping. From the moment I checked in, the staff showed extremely high professionalism and warm and thoughtful service attitude. They patiently answered various questions and made people feel the warmth of home. The room service was also very timely, and any needs were responded to quickly. The cleaning staff cleaned the room spotlessly, providing guests with a comfortable and tidy living environment. The room is spacious and bright, and the decoration style is simple and atmospheric. The bedding is comfortable and soft, ensuring a good sleep quality. The view in the room is also very good, and the hotel's breakfast is also good, with a wide variety; overall, this stay at Novotel Daming Palace is a great experience. Me and my b.f came to xi’an for tour it was my first time , we stayed for two nights at holiday inn hotel and this hotel gave us a great experience first of all the hotel is very clean, room is so warm during winter very nice and clean bedsheets, I slept like a little baby 😂 . toilet is dope , receptionist are very friendly and the food wow , I would definitely come again.

The hotel and all staff members are totally amazing!! After a long 7 day work week, this was the perfect staycation I could have wished for. Most staff from the porters, checkin desk, spa and restaurant speak some level of English, which was impressive. I came here to unwind and celebrate my birthday, and being in a relatively new city, felt emotional, but a massive thank you to Tina Wang (Foqianru) who arranged for a beautiful birthday cake to be delivered to my room and also invited me to the club house to have snacks and coffee on my birthday, all free of charge, you really made my day special and rememberable, thank you! I finished my 2 night stay with a wonder body scrub and massage at the spa on the 7th floor. The manager, Jackie, who spoke great English, was super helpful and assisted me in booking the treatment on Dianping so I was able to get it at the promotional price. The masseuse was Thai, and gave a wonderfully relaxing massage, thank you! The service at both the Commune and Char restaurants was excellent, staff were very attentive. The pool and sauna area was stylish, clean and very well maintained. Thank you to the checking in staff who upgraded my room and gave me a late checkout time. I will definitely return!!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights. We booked a standard room which was very affordable, and the hotel is located in the city centre, great location! There is a subway station just right next to the hotel so that’s very convenient as traffic in Xi’an is terrible! Upon check-in, a member of staff helped us and he was very friendly, he spoke English very well and that was helpful for us. Apparently the room that booked isn’t available so they upgraded us to a suite which was sweet! The room was humongous! It was very fancy, however I think the hotel is quite old, and some interior needs changing. We had a massive bed, maybe a California king bed? Very comfy bed! We had afternoon tea for two and a happy hour in the evening. (Not our favourite but it was a good deal). The gym was good too, they have some basic equipment and we were happy with it. The swimming pool was full of children so we didn’t use it, as we wanted peace and quiet. This is the most exciting part! On our final night, we got back quite late from exploring Xi’an and when we entered our room, it was pretty dark. No electricity. 🤣 I was super exhausted and I wanted to have a bath and just relax. But no can do. We had to go downstairs and update staff about the situation. We were told to wait downstairs, they gave us some water and we sat for about 15 minutes or so. And then a staff came to see us with a new set of key cards. She apologized to us for the inconvenience, like many times! We told her it wasn’t their fault but I think they really need some renovation haha (I didn’t say that to her), so she said we will be moved to a different room, from 20th floor to 28th floor. It sounded like we just got upgraded again! Haha. So we headed up to our new room, I opened the doors and wow! It was a 2-floor suite! It was amazing! I wanted to live in it haha. We were very exhausted and tired but it was a very sweet experience to have! My favourite was the bathroom as we had double sinks! (Yup that’s my thing) Overall, our stay in this hotel has been amazing. (Apart from the electricity problem) We liked the staff best, they were very helpful and kind to us. Everyone who worked in this hotel has been superb! And lastly, the manager gave us 20% discount as a compensation for the electricity incident. I would recommend this hotel to others due to its great location and incredibly helpful staff.

After a 14 hours train journey, I needed to be treated like a princess, and I was treated like one. I was collected from the station by the hotel 's van which was such a relief! Mr He, the driver, made sure he would find me and was a great escort. Communications were excellent. A fantastic service. And I was driven back to the station the next day in the same super efficient manner. Then I was greeted by Miss Xu and Mr Liu at reception who were so kind and welcoming, it was midnight by then and I could barely stand on my feet. The room itself was the most comfortable and elegant I've experienced so far in my trip around China. I wish I'd had time to stay a little longer. Very much recommended.

Location: The logo on the facade of the hotel building is very eye-catching and easy to find, and the navigation location is also very accurate. Service: I paid attention to this hotel last year, and I finally brought my baby here during the holiday! I called the hotel in advance to arrange a room with a view of the train and the city wall. The little brother was very nice. He prepared the room in advance according to the agreed time and helped turn on the air conditioning and ventilation in advance. Thank you🙏🏻 Hygiene: Very good! It’s very safe to live with children😘😘😘 Decoration style: Italian minimalist style, very photogenic🤪 Facilities: Although the gym is not big, the decoration style is very comfortable and not depressing, and all the basic equipment is available. Friends who like fitness can come and experience it.

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

Nice little hostel. Decent price and good facilities. Right in the Muslim quarter so you’ll have to walk if you want to go to a bar but only about 25 minutes. Only negatives are that it could use a bigger communal area (when it rains you can only really sit downstairs, need good weather for the balconies) and that a youth hostel should maybe have limits on age. Middle aged Chinese men just needing a place to crash for the night before continuing home isn’t really in the spirit of the name in my opinion. But other than that I liked the place.
