Jin'an Hotel is the new boss to take over, not yet, but the service is very warm and enthusiastic, also help us carry our luggage to the third floor room, very close to Xiamen Railway Station to cross the road, and the dining transportation is convenient.

Great hotel that is nice and clean. We were assigned a non-smoking room on the 28/F which offered an amazing view of Longyan City. Very pleasant service and we would like to commend their staff Lisa Chung for her friendliness and making us felt much welcomed. We left two jackets in the wardrobe on check out. The hotel called us but we were already on the High Speed Rail. The jackets were then couriered to us in Hong Kong in no time. Very efficient indeed. Breakfast was also good value for money. Very pleasant stay overall. Will recommend Fliport chain of hotels to our friends.

Facilities: brand new and complete, the bedding is also very comfortable, there is a rest area in the lobby for temporary rest. Hygienic: The room is clean and bright, there is no smell, and there will be no excessive musk scent. Environment: The sound insulation effect is very good, and occasionally children pass by the aisle to hear a little sound. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the light rail station and subway station and Vientiane City. There are also many delicious shops around, which is really convenient. Service: Special thanks to the staff, very warm and friendly, very taking care of our stay experience. You spent almost 1 hour helping us to call Xiamen Airline to work out the details and patiently helped us on the payment mode which we were not familiar with. You were so kind to share your mobile data via hotspot with my husband's mobile phone during the 1 hour. Both of us were sick and needed to return home, you stepped in with so much patience to help us. We appreciated your kindness extended to us on 26th March 2024. Just wanted to give a shoutout for hooking us up with that sweet balcony room upgrade—much appreciated! The room was pretty fancy, loved having that cozy sofa and coffee table to chill out on. And big props to the staff, they were super friendly and even hooked us up with extra mineral water when we asked. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hand wash provided, surpassing the typical soap. The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to the railway station and two METRO stations, as well as close to a bus stop. Additionally, there is an Underground Shopping Center at the MRT station, where you can purchase groceries, including fresh cut fruits, snacks, and daily essentials at a more affordable price compared to convenience stores. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better—I encountered an insect (possibly a cockroach) on my bed on the third day of my stay, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I found the bed to be extremely firm, making it SUPERB difficult to fall asleep comfortably. Overall, despite a few minor issues, my experience at your hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities.

I was on a business trip to Xiamen and saw this newly opened hotel and tried to make a reservation. I was completely surprised. Facilities: The hotel is very new, everything is very new, the facilities in the room are very clean, and the imagined decoration smell did not appear Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean, and places in the closet that are easily overlooked are kept very clean. Environment: The environment is very good. The breakfast restaurant of this hotel can actually rotate. The service staff said that the restaurant rotates for two and a half hours. You can see Yuandang Lake, which is really good. Service: The service is very good. The ladies in the front office, guest rooms and breakfast room are all happy to help you with anything. Location: The transportation is very convenient, Vientiane City is right next to it A very good hotel, I hope it will get better and better in the future

This stay in Zengcuo'an was perfect! The location of the homestay is excellent, not only close to the beach, so that I can walk on the beach at any time, listen to the sound of the waves, feel the caressing of the sea breeze, but also adjacent to the botanical garden, the green and fresh air is refreshing. The room was clean and tidy, spotless, from the bed to the floor, every corner revealed the owner's intentions. The sanitary facilities are perfect, the toilet is clean as new, the shower water is comfortable, the toiletries are all available, and the quality is excellent. Here, you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and conveniently go to the surrounding area. In the morning, wake up in the sound of birds, open the windows, and the fresh air comes; at night, sleep with the gentle sound of the waves, and make a sweet dream. In short, this homestay left a deep and beautiful impression on me. If you are also looking for a place that is both close to nature and comfortable to stay, then this is definitely your best choice! highly recommended!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The room is clean and has no odor. The flight arrived at midnight. The hotel is not far from the airport and is a good place to rest. The room rate did not increase on New Year's Eve, so it is very cost-effective.
