This hotel was booked on short notice and I am generally very satisfied with it. I originally booked a suite for the swimming pool, but the room next to the swimming pool was under renovation and could not be used. The children were very disappointed. I contacted customer service and was upgraded to a bathtub suite. The facilities and hygiene were very satisfactory. We needed twin beds and stayed in room 406, which was very spacious. If you are a couple, you can stay in room 408 with a big bed as the view outside the window will be better. The breakfast was generally good, and the afternoon tea fruit plate was also OK. There is also a pick-up service. In short, except for the swimming pool not being available, everything else was good.
