酒店外觀不起眼，需要坐電梯（大樓電梯需要刷房卡）上到10樓前台辦公室。房間非常大，非常乾淨，超出想象的乾淨。有冰箱，有開放式廚房，有陽台曬衣服，很適合家庭親子游。酒店服務很到位，很貼心。外邊馬路邊有不少吃飯的地方。唯一美中不足的是，每天樓下馬路邊，早晨5:00開早市，比較吵。由於酒店性價比高，所以就忍了吧。

房間寬敞明亮，非常舒適，乾淨衞生服務態度很好。樓下就是賣菜的早市，很方便。三年前來延吉住宿就很好，衹不過現在價格漲了好多。性價比很高，停車也方便，隔音效果好。
