We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too.
The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good.
The service attitude of the staff we met everywhere was very good, and they sincerely greeted and asked if they needed help. The guest relations manager was very considerate and arranged a satisfactory room for us. The complimentary concise map of scenic spots was especially suitable for travel, and the service was very satisfactory.
The ocean view is unbeatable! unrivaled! The characteristic buildings of the seaside square downstairs are just visible from the room. The night view is like thousands of lights, and the room type is suitable for watching the sunrise. The facilities in the room are well-equipped, and Yantai beer, milk, etc. are provided as gifts. We like the decoration style of the room. It is large enough, clean and hygienic. I felt very comfortable for two days. The bathtub also has a good sea view, and the bathroom space is large.
The sea view in the gym is amazing❗️ and the training and rest areas for fitness and swimming are quite well designed.
There are a variety of cheeses for breakfast. I haven’t had cheese freedom for a long time. I really like it this time! Pastries such as Danish fruit buns are carefully made, and eggs can be used to make a variety of dishes, or only egg whites can be provided. In the Chinese dining area, we had the famous Yantai stewed rice and Chaoshan braised pork ribs. The coffee machine makes pretty good kabobs and lattes, and you can also make Italian espresso - you can adjust the amount of beans and milk foam by yourself. I saw a seafood buffet introduced in the lobby bar.
If I come to Yantai again, I will still choose this World Trade Hilton.

Morning prepared for us an unpleasant surprise. We came to another building for a breakfast around 8:20 (it’s supposed to be served 7:00-9:00) and found out that not only it didn’t match its description: there’s no western food, just Chinese one but also was in a very limited amount not enough for all the guests, most of containers were empty! Also there were no drinks at all (not even water!) and no cups or glasses! I managed to get myself literally a drop of tea in a bowl. After asking for a breakfast fee refund hotel sent us a fruit plate as an apology.
But the biggest disappointment was yet to come. Sea water swimming pool left me speechless. It turned out that we have to pay for using it 120¥ (not including swimming cap) per person each single time as well as for other recreational facilities. 🤦🏼♀️ Okay, we paid. And what for? For the worst ever shower and locker room, for old seedy and torn towels, for absence of essentials along with neglection of privacy and security. Shower and toilet have no doors, there’re absolutely no toiletries, shower and locker rooms’ doors cannot be locked, lockers have no keys and also can’t be locked, ventilation doesn’t work and drains are clogged so these two small rooms turn into steamy smelly swamp with garbage and hair. Moreover there’s only one hairdryer plugged into a loose socket at the empty reception near the exit.

I booked a family room with my parents for one day. After checking in, I was very satisfied and immediately extended my stay for another day. The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. In the afternoon, the hotel room The manager and housekeeper Li Jingyuhua also brought snacks, drinks and souvenirs to politely ask about our stay experience and suggestions. After learning that the two elderly people had just returned from sightseeing, they carefully waited outside the door when we were out. A foot bath bucket and foot bath bag are placed. If we hadn't made arrangements in advance to go to the next stop, we would have extended our stay. The two elderly people and I are very satisfied with this hotel. The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach.
It was the best sea view you could hope for!
Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well).
Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything!
The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits.

YYuThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed with. We have travelled through many countries and visited quite a few 5-star hotels in the world. The Sheraton gold beach really lives up to its reputation and way more comfortable than all other top hotels. The room is large and clean. The staff are all professional. We have received warm welcome and thoughtful service through our stay. It happened to be my birthday on the second day of our stay. The staff prepared a nice cake and fruit basket for us. Berry Yuan was the first person who sent me birthday wishes the day of birthday. What a surprise! I really felt I was home. The location is incredible. We cannot believe that we can enjoy an ocean view from our home. If you would like to have a walk, the hotel is right on the beach. What you need to do is just stepping out of the backyard. Breakfast buffet is gorgeous with great varieties. They serve freshly brewed coffee which is not common in China. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Yantai.

VVarsenal76The Marriott hotel in Yantai is one of the best hotels in Yantai. It has an incredible view of the ocean, and sits on the ocean boardwalk, making it very easy to go for morning runs or evening strolls.
The hotel uses many light colors in its decorations so the hotel and the rooms feel open and bright. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful.
The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable everything you would expect from a Marriott hotel .
Unfortunately, the room was a bit cold. I had to wear long sleeves and a jacket in the room. Also, except for the amazing omelettes, the breakfast is lacking.
But I have stayed at the Yantai Marriott in the past and will stay there again in the future.

Ren Zhen, the security guard in the hotel parking lot, is responsible for helping us direct the car. The shopping mall opposite is also convenient. I will definitely come back next time I come to Yantai

The three hotel halls are different and the decoration is very beautiful. The hotel service is also OK. As for the buffet, I feel that the Chinese food is just so-so! However, it is quite good to go back to the hotel to eat buffet in the afternoon. Some restaurants outside are too deceptive. The menu does not have prices. It is helpless to pay the bill after eating. 🤷🏻♂️. This trip is a bit rushed, otherwise I will stay in this hotel for two more days to have fun with my children!

HHelena |McDonoughLovely clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and they took special notice of my food allergies which was fantastic. The area is very nice with local food street 10 minute walk away and YangMa island close by. The apartment had underfloor heating and the whole heating system was great.The only downside was that although they had a beautiful bath, the hot water was not powerful enough to fill it and I had to refill the kettle 10x to add to the water, then the bath plug did not hold the water. I did mention this to them when we left and they said they would sort it out So, hopefully, the next customers will bathe happily. The other thing was that there were no Kitchen utensils or cooking equipment even though they stated that it had a kitchen- which it did. Luckily, we know these apartments as have been before and we brought our own cooking equipment and utensils. However, that would not have been possible if we lived far away. I would let them know what you need in the kitchen before arrival and I am sure they would prepare it better,.
