酒店不管從設施還是服務，沒得説，那個工作人員見了我們都會問好，早上退房時，前台的兩位工作人員一位帥哥和一位美女，耐心的為我們講解周邊美食與景點，刻刻都站在了人的角度去考慮問題，給一個大大的贊，下次來宜昌必住君鼎。

酒店服務特別好，早餐也很豐盛，在酒店三樓吃的晚餐也不錯。聽説我們帶了孩子，酒店還給我們免費升級了房間，下次如有機會還會入住。
