The shuttle bus from Naspa New Otani Hotel to Echigo Yuzawa Station was efficient and on time. The hotel's breakfast was rich, with many delicious Niigata specialty foods. The large hot spring bath was very comfortable, and the combination of coats + multiple sets of yukata was very warm. The room was quite large, with a standard bathtub and bathroom, and an independent multi-directional shower room. The reception staff were very dedicated. We chose this hotel to see the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale. We took the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Echigo-Yuzawa Station. If we arrived outside the shuttle bus schedule (the last picture), we had to contact the hotel front desk to arrange an extra bus to pick us up. The station is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and explained in great detail. From the front desk, the bathhouse aunt, the luggage storage and the driver, they were all very friendly. They said "enjoy your trip" when they sent us to the station. We picked up our own toiletries and the room was very big. The supporting functional areas are complete. The hot spring has a massage chair that is very comfortable and cheap. There is also a gashapon machine, a bar, a cafe, a dessert area, and a music area. The environment is spacious and comfortable. There should be many locals who come here for vacation.

I made a reservation because of the Fuji Rock Festival, and it was great value for money. The staff were friendly, of course, and although the hot springs and auxiliary facilities looked old, they were so well-maintained that I felt good the whole time I was there! Especially during the Fuji Rock season, they ran a night shuttle bus, which was very convenient. I will 100% visit again next year☺️
