兩次訂錯時間，兩次在攜程上協商取消酒店都快速同意退款，最終怎麼都得去住一下。酒店各方面都非常好，衹可惜因為逛大地藝術祭過於疲勞沒能好好享受，以後有機會還會去。

2024年8月に利用。お隣の立派な旅館と間違えやすいですが、看板より右手奥がホテル入り口です。様々なサービスやおもてなしをしている企業努力を感じましたが、、、
1.露天風呂周りに照明がなく(人感センサーライトあり)、夜間の入浴は見えなくて危なかったです。まさかの登り階段があります。
2.朝食をオプションでつけましたが全て作り置きを載せたレベルで非常に残念でした。全部が冷たいおかず(作り置きするためか)で味もイマイチでした。
3.夜間ロビーで長岡花火大会のビデオを流しっぱなしにしているので、見に行ったら言われていた終了時間よりも早く消されてしまった。
4.宿に入館時に靴を没収されてしまい、誰が履いたか分からないスリッパを外出の度に出されるのが嫌でした。部屋で下足を脱ぐスタイルにするか、玄関で自分で出すスタイルにして欲しい。入館時に没収するわりには部屋番号を言うまで靴が出てこないのもストレスでした。
