Alkyonides Villas

Lovely clean and modern villa suite. The views of turtle island and the sea are spectacular!! Sit outside plenty of times to have breakfast/ coffees while you look out onto it. The villa and grounds are kept in an immaculate condition by the staff and they come to clean the villa every couple of days. The housekeeping staff are lovely and friendly and even gave us a goodbye gift. The infinity pool is absolutely huge and there is even a hot tub if you can bare the heat. There is no bath tub but the shower is spacious and modern with the waterfall head and a separate traditional shower head. There is also a bidet style shower head by the toilet. The air-con is powerful but quiet so you can sleep comfortably with it on. The bed is huge and comfy. There are lots of cooking instruments to use as well in the kitchen if you want to prepare food and make meals. Unfortunately we had an issue with the wifi being off on the first day but this was resolved very well. The remote did not work for opening/closing the gates but a friendly housekeeper was around who swapped the batteries in it for us. The fridge had an unpleasant smell but was very clean. There are a lot of ants in the villa so buy some repellent. The drains can smell quite bad at times but this is normal for the island so is to be expected.

Had a perfect week in the Plumage villa, it was spotlessly clean, hot tub was tested every day, pool was amazing, everything was just idyllic. A couple of lovely restaurants/cafes within walking distance, and a marina nearby, but to be honest I didn’t want to leave the villa with its spectacular views! It was a lovely touch to receive some Greek treats the day we were leaving, we are still enjoying the nougat. Can’t wait to return

If you are considering booking, do it now and don’t miss out. Having stayed in 5+ luxury villas in the past few years, we have finally found the one. The attention to detail is outrageous, the service is second to none and I’m sure I now have more photos from this place than I do of my own family. The views are uninterrupted and incredible. We will re-visit for the rest of our lives. We stayed in feather suite as a couple; It is the top of the 3 villas with nothing/nobody overlooking. All three villas are constructed in a way that they are not overlooked and have complete privacy. The villas are ＜30 mins drive from the airport and you’d really struggle without a car. The last few km’s are down a narrower road. Leading up to the villa, there are electric gates to the properties and private parking. The construction and finish to the villas is quite frankly ridiculous, attention to detail to the nth degree. Maria our cleaner, visited every day and what a beautiful human being (she waited for us to go out in the morning/midday and then would come in so as not to disturb us). The pool and hot tub were also cleaned daily (couldn’t tell you what time as we were fast asleep in the massive bed) The loungers, table and chairs and egg chair in the pool area and outside are all of the same high quality as every other furnishing. Indoor and outdoor towels, gowns, make up towels and toiletries are all supplied. The rainfall shower in the marble bathroom is perfect and we’ve had no hot water issues despite the fact I love a long shower. The kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The wi-fi is plenty quick enough to stream video and the tv’s have Prime/Netflix/Twitch/Apple TV that you can sign into. I’m on Vodafone and got 5G coverage at the Villa also. Zakynthos Town circa 30 mins by car, Limni Keri 5 minutes. Eva visited us before we left, lovely polite young lady and even had a gift for us. 5 Star Perfection. Honestly, heaven on earth.

Beautiful villa, felt like home. From the moment we arrived we was relaxed, open doors, stunning infinity pool, everything was spotless with gorgeous views. Our cleaner maria was so lovely and villa manager brought us a gift when we left. We couldn’t fault it. You will need a car/ bike and there is 2-3 tavernas nearby. The only thing i struggled with is next door who kept two dogs in cages, one was shaking when i saw him and as an animal lover it really bothered me. When i look at pictures i took now i see the garden that backed on to our villa and it makes me sad.
