Except for the poor location, everything else is impeccable.
Check-in is at 3pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage and go to the gym. There is a free public parking lot less than 100 meters to the right of the hotel. The color of the room is also surprising, just like a wedding room.
The breakfast and dinner included in the hotel are also very good and are all natural and healthy foods.
Compared with the hotel's facilities, my breakfast room is definitely worth it. The price of another room booked on the official website on May 12 is much more expensive than mine.

Great location for the 70.3 Ironman which was why we booked it. Well run, half board food was nice, staff friendly & facilities at the hotel are really nice. It really depends on your expectations but I gave this 3/5 for some simple but to me important basics. Water in the room, an empty jug with glasses is slightly pointless, you can go to the foyer but the water wasn’t cold from there so it seemed a bit odd and an easy fix. Tea & coffee in the room, you get a caddy with one coffee sachet and instructions this will not be replaced during your stay, but you can buy more. Now this is not a cheap hotel so to not refresh a coffee sachet each day was poor. Even when I enquired I was met with a firm no.

Das Hotel ist einfach top!! Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr, sehr nettes Personal und ausgezeichnetes Essen. Vor allem auch der Fitnessraum ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder einmal hierher kommen.

Ein Hotel einfach zum Wohlfühlen, angenehmes Ambiente, absolut schönes Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt wie alles im Hotel, einziges Manko: keine Klimaanlagen, bei wirklich heißen Perioden im Sommer ist das ein Problem. Tolles Angebot im Hotel (Schwimmen - indoor/outdoor,Schwimmdeich, Fitnessraum mit top Geräten und super Aussicht (aber auch ohne Klimaanlage....) Absolut tolles Personal, immer bemüht, aufmerksam - top! Kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel besticht durch die familiäre Atmosphäre ohne Vernachlässigung der Professionalität. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Service von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Schöner SPA mit verbundenem Innen- und Außenpool. Gemütliche große Terrasse mit "Bergseepool". Im Hotel Wohlfühldesign. Man fühlt ich rundum wohl. Frühstück und Abendmenü sehr gut.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Aufgrund des Pflegegrades unseres Sohnes wurde schon vorab alles mögliche erfragt um uns einen stressfreien Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Hotel ist mega schön und das Essen ein Traum. Jegliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Essen fürs Kind konnte ich problemlos selbst pürieren. Das Kids Buffett war super. Besonderen Dank an Max, Thorsten, Jasmin und S. Wir wurden ganz wunderbar bedient.

Es war ein rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt und erholsamer Urlaub.Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie in einem ausreichend großem Zimmer mit herrlich großer Terrasse mit Blick auf den NNaturpool und die Berge untergebracht.Alles war sehr sauber.Das Interieur im Hotel war sehr detailreich und liebevoll gestaltet.So richtig zum Wohlfühlen.Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und eine sehr freundliche Familie Segl.Tolle Gastgeber.Wellness -und Poolbereiche herrlich.Straße und Bahnhof gegenüber nimmt man kaum wahr.Qualität der Speisen Frühstück und HP sehr gut.Rundherum super!Wir kommen gerne wieder aus Berlin.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Egal ob Rezeption, Restaurant, Kinderbetreuung, ... das Personal ist extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und erfüllt (soweit möglich) alle Wünsche. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns der Schwimmteich! Er war eine willkommene Abkühlung an den heißen Tagen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch noch, dass die Besitzer immer im Hotel unterwegs sind bzw. mithelfen und den Kontakt zu ihren Gästen suchen. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel!
