房間佈局相當好，床品舒服，空調都是格力，大夏天製冷非常給力，衞生間台盆，淋浴龍頭的水也相當舒服，而且上下都有電梯，非常到位，酒店的位置也非常好，吃飯買東西都方便，值得推薦，唯一不足就是早餐的環境，以及早餐的種類能夠改善的更好一點，那對客人的居住體驗會更加的完美

在景區附近，但是離景區還有一點距離，而且車無法開到門口，下雨天打車不方便。但是服務熱情，前台主動指導旅遊路線，還給孩子提供一份免費的早餐。

乾淨整潔，房間很大，晚上睡的很舒適，洗澡水壓也夠，前台服務到位，入住當天告知了武陵源怎麼玩，離武陵源東門不算太遠，步行15分鐘以內。
