Really recommended hotel. The owner is a very wonderful person and helped with everything. All cat lovers should visit here.

You get what you pay for, which is not much. Upon arriving, there is no sign that says 'Luyao Inn'. The sign is in Chinese characters. We were dragging our suitcases up and down the alley when the host finally came out. The room was on the second floor (4 flight of stairs) and there are no elevators. We had 4 suitcases and we did not receive help getting those up. The room was small, as indicated in the description. You get two bottles of water, toothbrushes and shower gel, shampoo and a small roll of toilet paper. None of those were replaced. We ran out of water and toilet paper and had to get our own. The host was barely around for us to ask. In any case, those are things that are usually replenished on a daily basis, without needing to ask. There is a kettle. No slippers. The shower and the toilet are in the same unit, therefore everything gets wet when you shower. You get shower slippers that have been used by others and do not look the best. The wall paper is also coming off the walls. The curtain was broken. The bedding had a weird sweat smell. The host was polite but does not speak English. You can communicate with them on wechat. The location is convenient, very close to the cableway station to Tianmen mountain. On our way out, there was someone else working, he helped us with our suitcases. To conclude, one can make do with the the space but do not go in with a lot of expectations (especially if you are used to Chinese hotels that give great service and hospitality).

The hotel is great. Just arrived at the front desk. The sister at the front desk welcomed up warmly! After asking a few people, each person sent a drink. The mood was beautiful in an instant! After arriving in the room, I lived up to expectations. Clean and tidy. Complete facilities. Next time I come to play, I will choose here 😀😀

The location is good, there is food all downstairs, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and hygienic, the service staff is very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help, the space is large, the price is high, I like it 😘rave reviews! What's the best way to get there? All my questions, including potential ones I didn't expect, were answered by the boss beyond my expectations. For local snacks, be sure to go to Hourong Street and take a taxi with Didi (when calling a taxi, the destination must be: Hourong Street Kou Duck Bawang). Since some roads around Hourong Street are closed, the destination can be entered directly into Hourong Street. Walk more. The Xiangxi ** crispy rice on that street and the jasmine-flavored jars of roasted milk are very unique and delicious. It's already 21 o'clock, so you don't have to go into the Seventy-Two Wonderful Buildings. If you have time, you can check out the night view, which is very exciting. If you choose Line A in Tianmen Mountain, you must first visit the West Line and then the East Line (pictured in the picture: Take the cableway to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Upper Station, then go straight to Yunmeng Xianding, then start visiting the West Line from Li Na Villa, and after completing the West Line, you will arrive at the East Line ). In order not to leave any regrets, Charming Xiangxi is a must-see. Tickets for Tianmen Mountain, Charming Xiangxi (the voting range is recommended for the best viewing effect), and Forest Park are all here, and each ticket is more cost-effective. The boss gave us a clear guide to the scenic spot and marked the route. The mountains and rivers are picturesque, we stopped here, and the boss’s guidance made our travel route more fulfilling✌️✌️✌️

Mini Inn is a perfect hotel for everyone to visit Zhangjiejia National park. It locate just a short walk to the west gate. The restaurant in the hotel serve good and delicious breakfast and diners . It is not easy to find nice wine or German beer around here but you will find it here. We had a nice Chile red wine.The room is also nice , good shower room and good bed. We are very happy with Lucus and his staffs. If you are not Chinese and can not speak Chinese, this hotel is a very good choice, Lucus will arrange everything like suggest routes or even buy cable car tickets online for you. Your trip in Zhangjiejia will be wonderful and worry free, if you stay here.

Very nice budget hotel. Right next to the cable road to the mountains of Zhangjiajie. The hotel is in a residencial building and does not have the reception. The stuff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room very clean. Small comments (1) the towel was very small (2) there is a problem in trip.com with Geo location of the hotel. It takes you to the wrong building. As well as the reference on the trip from the hotel to the West railway station. I almost lost my train as the location given was guiding to the wrong place.

It was so easy to stay in this homestay. Very close to the cable car to Tianmen Mountain and the central bus station (where you can take a local bus to the national park). Very typical Chinese neighbourhood when you have many food and grocery options. Plus the owner speaks very well English and is able to help you out for every things you want to visit. Her tips did make my staying in Zhangjiajie easier.

It's very close to Tianmen Mountain. You can get there in no time by taking the cable car down and walking across the road. The room is clean and has no odor. The boss is very nice. We went to Fenghuang Ancient Town and stored our suitcases here. He also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain. It's very good. I will recommend friends who come to Tianmen Mountain to stay here. The food in the nearby restaurants is also delicious👍

The room is big, the bed is clean, the hotel is just behind the cableway, it is very convenient to queue up for the cableway, and it is also very convenient to go to the 72 Wonders Building. There are many foods downstairs, and the boss is friendly.
