I booked a four-night skiing package, which was very cost-effective. The double bed room with mountain view was not very big, but it had a sofa, which was just big enough for a 12-year-old child to sleep on. There are not many types of breakfast, and the changes are not big, but the quality is okay, and the haggis soup is delicious. The ski resort is very suitable for beginners, there are not too many people, the coaching fee is relatively high, and the level is not very good. There is a small indoor playground suitable for babies who cannot ski. Highly recommend Y north Western Restaurant, the scenery and food are very good. The only drawback was that the sanitation was not good enough. During my four-night stay, I only picked up the trash and did not clean the bathroom for two days. It was already evening when we arrived at the hotel on the first day. When we had dinner at the hotel, my family and I felt that the hotel seemed a bit old. ... After dinner, I went to the room and opened the door, but I felt an unexpected surprise.
The room is not only clean and tidy, but also has all the necessary equipment. Even an automatic coffee machine is arranged for guests to enjoy. All the electrical facilities in the room are smart; even the bathroom shower is unique.
The hotel staff, whether they are responsible for cleaning, customer service in the lobby, or even guest service, are all very enthusiastic and courteous.
The quality of the food in the hotel's restaurant is guaranteed, fresh and delicious; the breakfast menu is also very rich, with plenty of choices.

I stayed for two nights. It was a clean, warm and cozy room. The location was excellent since it only took me 5mins to walk to the ski area. Recommended for those who doesn’t drive.
The price to travel down to the village cost me CNY30 and CNY50 to the train station by taxi. There’s a bus stop at the hotel that departs every 30mins cost only CNY3 to the village.

Very good stay experience. The housekeeper contacted us a few days in advance and enthusiastically introduced the surrounding conditions of the hotel and the dining environment. The room was clean, tidy and bright. There was also a big balcony where you could stare at the forest, blue sky, white clouds and stars. It was very comfortable.

The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

MMianhuaxiaotangThe room was very big. I originally booked two beds, but when I entered, I found that there was a tatami with bedding on it. It was like having a big bed in disguise. It was quite worth it. The room was also very clean and the environment was nice! A room worth booking. The only thing I felt was lacking was that there were no hooks in the toilet, and there was no place to change clothes when taking a shower, but otherwise there was nothing wrong with it.

GGuest UserI can imagine that they have had the hardware ready for the Beijing Olympics back in 2022; but it was surprising how fast things now feel ”worn”. That's really too bad. Towers can still have the smell of tard from cigarettes which again is too bad.
Meanwhile, it's a nice touch to also give lift tickets but the fact that you need to have the front desk signed voucher to go over to the ski school next desk (not next door) to provide the ticket card is a bit weird and troublesome for customers. Yes, I get it, it's really two organizations and the vouchers are the controls/ receipts. But you can actually get the ticket card deposit refund all done at the front desk means that the systems are connected. Hence, the logistics is not really set up with the customer experience in mind which is really a shame.
Enough with the areas which can potentially enhance above.
Here are the brilliant parts and the reason why you may want to come back to the hotel. It's the people. We were bothered by the logistics (as you can see) and during breakfast time, we also hear there is another family bothered by some hardware issue the night before; but the staff really took seriousness in resolving the problems. In addition, my wife was sick in one of the nights; congee was not on the lunch and dinner manual, but the staff and cook were willing to trouble themselves to make the congee (and I can tell you that I have been at 5 stars hotels before and when they say no congee on the manual -- those hotels will just stick with that answer) --＞ in this AI-driven, RPA-strived and customer centric-talking atmosphere nowadays, it's refreshing if not heart-felt to really experience hotel staff who show care for its customers. This is where the Excellent rating for Service comes from. Keep up the human-side of the hospitality business --＞ it's always about the people and how your guests feel they are treated, that's how you make them come back and make a profit --＞ not robotics !
I don't like to waste time writing reviews (but I am a writer in earlier years), and I am having a soar throat. But I would recommend to hotel to any guests who wants to feel being being taken care of.

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

GGuest UserI went to Taiwu on Friday night. I found out that this hotel is close to the high-speed rail station, and it is cheap, so I stayed. The price is ok. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, a bit far from the town. If you come for the first time and it is night again, you may miss the night view of the town. The next morning, I got up and walked around. There is a football field, a vegetable field, and a small windmill. It is beautiful to take pictures. This hotel is a youth hostel, but the hardware is still good. The breakfast is 38, and there are few types. The pie is delicious.
