We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

I went camping on the Bashang grassland with my boyfriend and took a rest in Zhangjiakou halfway. I found this fairy hotel on Ctrip. Exceeded expectations and the service was superb. The little girl at the front desk, Bella, not only talked to us about some of the characteristics of the Bashang tour, but also came to help us store the fresh food we brought at any time in the hotel refrigerator, which saved a lot of things and let us stay in a strange city. The front desk lady was very patient and professional. She introduced me to Zhangjiakou's play guide, so that I could not go back. It rained at night, and the security guard helped us take our luggage from the car with an umbrella. After checking in, I took a hot bath. Atour's care is really easy to use! , the smell is good, the washing is very smooth, the clothes can also go to the laundry room to wash, this is too suitable for our travel outside. This time I lived in the LOFT that my children liked. The room included tickets, breakfast, battery car pick-up and drop-off at any time, the staff was warm, the room facilities were good and clean. It is hot during the day. The children play some self-funded projects in the shed. It is cool in the mountains at night and the night view is good. It is suitable for walking and strolling after dinner and enjoying a pleasant time. The dishes of Zhangku Banquet in the park taste good and I hope to keep it up. The overall experience is still good, suitable for my baby style, and will go when you have time.

It was very good to live in Huanhuo for skiing last year. Now taking your baby to escape the summer heat is really a summer resort, with everything you need to eat, drink and have fun. The big circus is very beautiful. Xiao Jia from the GSO department of the hotel contacted us in advance to check in, and helped us carry our luggage to the room. I can imagine that they have had the hardware ready for the Beijing Olympics back in 2022; but it was surprising how fast things now feel ”worn”. That's really too bad. Towers can still have the smell of tard from cigarettes which again is too bad. Meanwhile, it's a nice touch to also give lift tickets but the fact that you need to have the front desk signed voucher to go over to the ski school next desk (not next door) to provide the ticket card is a bit weird and troublesome for customers. Yes, I get it, it's really two organizations and the vouchers are the controls/ receipts. But you can actually get the ticket card deposit refund all done at the front desk means that the systems are connected. Hence, the logistics is not really set up with the customer experience in mind which is really a shame. Enough with the areas which can potentially enhance above. Here are the brilliant parts and the reason why you may want to come back to the hotel. It's the people. We were bothered by the logistics (as you can see) and during breakfast time, we also hear there is another family bothered by some hardware issue the night before; but the staff really took seriousness in resolving the problems. In addition, my wife was sick in one of the nights; congee was not on the lunch and dinner manual, but the staff and cook were willing to trouble themselves to make the congee (and I can tell you that I have been at 5 stars hotels before and when they say no congee on the manual -- those hotels will just stick with that answer) --＞ in this AI-driven, RPA-strived and customer centric-talking atmosphere nowadays, it's refreshing if not heart-felt to really experience hotel staff who show care for its customers. This is where the Excellent rating for Service comes from. Keep up the human-side of the hospitality business --＞ it's always about the people and how your guests feel they are treated, that's how you make them come back and make a profit --＞ not robotics ! I don't like to waste time writing reviews (but I am a writer in earlier years), and I am having a soar throat. But I would recommend to hotel to any guests who wants to feel being being taken care of.

The room is very clean, with plenty of drinking water and free drinks, as well as welcome fruit. A two-bedroom room is just right for a family of five. Every employee of the hotel greets us warmly, and the concierge is also very enthusiastic and will help with luggage. In short, the elderly and children are very satisfied with their stay. Clean and convenient hotel with a view on the ski slopes. Discount for ski pass available at hotel as well as equipment rental. But we decided to go directly to the main ski hall as it was more convient for us to return the equipment. Breakfast is ok. Mainly Chinese choices but there are toasts, jams and cereals for western palates. Coffee is good too.
