才九點多，一大早外面的服務員就在樓道里喊哪裡退房了，一直在大聲叫嘻嘻哈哈的，一點都考慮不到還有剩下沒有退房的客人還在睡覺！！！

服務態度做的很不到位，我訂了一個標間，到酒店了才跟我説我訂的這個房型已經賣完了 讓我加價升級訂其他房型，或者直接在手機上退了。從來沒有見過這樣的酒店，人家其他酒店都是衹要客人訂的這個房型沒有了就免費升級給客人。 總之極差
