The hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. We had not originally planned to overnight in Zhuhai, but due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we needed to find a hotel for Saturday night. As a family with two young children, we were specifically looking for a hotel that provided baby beds. Unfortunately, when we called over 10 different hotels, most either did not offer baby beds or were situated too far from the city center. We were pleased to learn from the hotel's front desk that they could provide two baby beds for our stay. We went ahead and booked our room online after confirming this. Upon arrival around 8 PM, the customer service representative, Fiona, was very helpful in explaining everything and even upgraded our room to a family suite with a kid-friendly theme. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating, and the room service attendant was thoughtful enough to bring us additional water bottles, recognizing my children may need extra for preparing formula and other necessities. The free parking was also very convenient for our family driving up from Hong Kong. Additionally, there were plenty of good dining options in the nearby vicinity. Overall, it was a very positive hotel experience that met our family's needs.
