"We stayed in the family room and really liked the space — the living room is huge, comfortable, and great for relaxing together. The unit comes with two bedrooms and a big living area, plus a massage chair which was a nice bonus.
Service was good. Before check-in, they informed us that the room is located on the third floor without a lift, but they helped carry our luggage. It was still manageable for us (even with a toddler and elderly parents), but do take note if you’re travelling with someone who has difficulty walking.
The location is very convenient, which made getting around easy.
However, cleanliness could be improved. We noticed quite a lot of mosquitoes, possibly due to the weather warming up. My toddler also had a few bites that might be from bed bugs, so that was a concern.
There were also some issues with the shower — one room had very weak water pressure, and the other seemed like it might spoil soon. That said, once we informed the staff, they fixed it quickly, so we do appreciate their effort to provide good service.
The food was good, and they provide vouchers that can be used flexibly for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. However, it’s not very kid-friendly as there are no high chairs available.
Overall, a comfortable and spacious stay with good service and great location, but cleanliness and maintenance could be improved."
