📍 The hotel's location is truly superb! There's a subway downstairs, making getting around super convenient. Hongya Cave, Jiefangbei, Luohan Temple, Yangtze River Cableway, Chongqing Eling Park, and Baixiangju are all within easy walking distance 🦵. After a night out, it's incredibly convenient to just walk back! The hotel is on Kuaizi Street, and there are many delicious small eateries right downstairs ✌️. Staying here in Chongqing couldn't be more convenient - ̗̀(๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑)
🛏️ The room style is very upscale. We chose a family room, and our child absolutely loved it ✨. The cute little tent by the window was particularly charming ε٩(๑＞₃＜)۶з. Plus, you get a gorgeous night view from the window – super beautiful! And their mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable! After a tiring day, I fell asleep the moment I hit the bed 😪.
📸 The hotel also has a 'starry sky tunnel' which is fantastic for photos, and the lobby lounge is also perfect for pictures ^_^📷 – super photogenic ┏(＾0＾)┛📷.

There are so many other hotels with similar name to Jiefangbei Hongya Cave that we clicked on the wrong address for Didi and been dropped off 500 meters away Yoho."

"This hotel deserves five stars! I booked a twin room and was immediately impressed upon entering – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of Raffles City. I could literally tick off a Chongqing landmark from my bed, watching the city's hustle and bustle by day and the light show by night – the view was absolutely incredible! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The large TV and the chair by the window were also thoughtful touches. The location is directly opposite Raffles City, super close to Chaotianmen and Hongyadong on foot. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!"

"Five-star perfect review! I have to give a shout-out to Yan Yan! She was incredibly patient, thorough, and super reliable throughout. Her itinerary planning was extremely reasonable – never rushed, never crowded, and she helped us avoid all the tourist traps. She even thoughtfully reminded us of the best photo spots and times to avoid crowds. The scenery in Chongqing is truly breathtaking. The night view of Hongyadong is like a real-life Spirited Away, with lights reflecting on the river, leaving you speechless with its beauty. The Liziba monorail going through the building is absolutely magical, and the Yangtze River cableway offers a stunning aerial view of the two rivers. Plus, the winding mountain city trails are full of authentic local charm. Following Yan Yan, we got to take in all the beauty Chongqing has to offer. The experience was top-notch, highly recommended!

"I brought my mother here for a trip. From booking the hotel and viewing rooms to checking in, Front Desk Agent #2 handled everything. Her service attitude was exceptionally good. I even bought some express delivery items at the hotel and forgot to pick them up after enjoying myself. When I got to Beijing, I asked the front desk to help me return them, and she took care of it all. The other front desk staff were also very gentle and patient, helping us call taxis, giving directions, and recommending delicious local food. As visitors from out of town, we really appreciate locals helping us with these recommendations – they were very reliable! I've stayed in many hotels in Beijing, but it's rare to find such excellent service with such patient and gentle staff. I highly recommend this hotel! The hotel's location is also superb. Just to the left and slightly ahead of the entrance, you'll find Hongyadong and Daijia Alley, as well as the delicious Laoganjia. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach Jiefangbei and Bayi Delicious Street, which are all very close. The best part is being able to see the 'Chopsticks Building' right from our room! I won't say more; I'll just upload the pictures. I have photos of everything from the hotel environment to the front desk service, especially the hotel's food, which is available all day. There's also a tea house where you can relax, and the atmosphere is excellent! I've already recommended it to my relatives, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

The front desk staff, especially the guy, was incredibly warm and responsible, and all the other staff members were just perfect. They patiently told us about all the fun places to visit and gave us detailed recommendations. Spicy food and warm-hearted people, what a beautiful and serene experience! This hotel definitely made the last two days of our Chongqing trip memorable. If I ever come back, I'm staying here from day one. Plus, the room was spacious and very clean. Excellent value for money!

GGuest UserThis was my sixth visit to Chongqing, and each time I try to experience a different type of hotel. This time, I chose to stay at the Regent Chongqing, primarily to enjoy their club benefits. My entire stay was nothing short of perfect, deserving a full five-star rating. The hotel's thoughtful service and the excellent experience at the Executive Lounge were particularly impressive and made me feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in the riverside district, within walking distance of the IFC shopping mall, the Grand Theatre, and the riverside promenade. Even destinations like Jiefangbei and Guanyinqiao are just a 10-minute drive away.
The service was exceptionally professional and warm. From the moment I arrived, staff members proactively approached to help with luggage, guided me through the check-in process with constant smiles, and meticulously explained the hotel's facilities and services, addressing me by name with precision and warmth. During my stay, requests were handled with remarkable speed; when I called the front desk for extra towels and a bathtub liner, they were delivered to my room within minutes, with a gentle and polite demeanor. When leaving for a taxi, staff would spontaneously ask if I needed assistance and even helped adjust the front seats of the car after I got in – these thoughtful details truly highlighted the quality of service. Check-out was efficient and seamless; staff proactively inquired about my stay and even prepared a small farewell gift. The entire process was smooth, without any waiting, making the whole trip incredibly pleasant and hassle-free. The only minor point regarding service was a lady standing by the elevators who seemed out of place compared to all other staff. I was never sure what her role was; she always had a rather aloof expression. Occasionally, she would specifically press the elevator button for one or two people, but not for everyone. In any case, I never saw her press the elevator for me or greet me during my numerous trips up and down.
The Executive Lounge was an unexpected highlight of this stay. The space was quiet and elegant, with a simple yet grand design. Though not very large, it exuded luxury. The lounge offered exquisite meals for four periods outside of breakfast. For afternoon tea, given it was close to Christmas, the snack boxes were adorned with Christmas decorations, creating a wonderful festive atmosphere. The evening cocktail hour was also à la carte, with a self-service bar for drinks. The unagi rice and chicken skewers were particularly noteworthy. The lounge service was equally attentive and thoughtful; staff would promptly replenish food and drinks, clear tables, and proactively ask if I needed anything, even thoughtfully providing a phone stand for us. They spoke softly throughout, making it a perfect choice whether you're relaxing alone or gathering with friends. Additionally, the breakfast spread was rich and varied, with hot dishes, cold cuts, desserts, and freshly squeezed juices all available, and the taste was consistently good.
Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations. The excellent service and outstanding Executive Lounge experience added an extra layer of enjoyment to my Chongqing trip. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chongqing!

First off, the location is fantastic – super close to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The lobby decor is incredibly stylish. The front desk staff, especially An Shu, were incredibly professional and welcoming! They knew it was our first time in Chongqing and even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a river view! The breakfast was absolutely amazing; it never repeated itself, which was a real treat for us staying multiple days. Being able to enjoy authentic Chongqing delicacies every morning was such a pleasure. I'll definitely choose Hotel Indigo again next time I'm in town!

My accommodation experience for this trip was absolutely fantastic, so I definitely have to give this hotel a five-star review! The location is a huge plus – it's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and all the sights. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. When it was raining outside, the hotel even had umbrellas available for guests to borrow, which was a really nice touch. Overall, everything was excellent.

MM253818****This was an absolutely fantastic trip! Both the hardware and the service were impeccable. The butler contacted us in advance, met us where we got off, and helped with our luggage. When we arrived in the evening, supper was also delivered to our room. The portion size of the supper was seriously like a full meal.
The amenities in the room were the most generous I’ve ever seen in a hotel. They even thought of earplugs and eye masks, and the shampoo and body lotion provided were excellent.
This package also included a superb dinner, which my friend and I enjoyed as an early Christmas celebration. The Basque cheesecake among the desserts was incredibly delicious. Later, when we were sunbathing and having tea on the terrace, a server brought us sliced fruit and some small cookies. In short, I felt that the hotel's generosity stems from a magnificent operating philosophy. After reading the hotel team's introduction, it's clear that their aesthetic, attention to detail, and employee enthusiasm are all top-notch. My only regret is that there aren't more hotels like this – I've already recommended it to all my friends!

I booked a room with two bathrooms, and the master bathroom had a double vanity, which was very convenient. The 270-degree windows offered breathtaking views of the beautiful mountain city. The front desk staff were also very helpful and responsive to any requests I had, with an excellent attitude.

SShironamiThanks for the wonderful five-day stay! I had such a comfortable and restful time. Every evening, the hotel would bring us various traditional sweet soups they brewed themselves, which was a lovely touch. Getting around was super convenient too; we just called for the shuttle service and they responded very quickly. I also tried the singing bowl healing session, which was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. I loved waking up each morning, drawing the curtains, and being greeted by the healing view of the mountains and wild nature.
The third floor was relatively quiet, and we weren't disturbed by people soaking in the wild springs by the river, so privacy was well-protected.
Booking the complimentary travel photography service was quick and easy as well, and some of the fixed shooting spots produced really great photos.

It's located right above Hongyadong, and for a tourist attraction hotel, the hygiene, environment, and facilities offer good value for money. KKkkkkkk24The Le Méridien by R&F truly offers incredible value for money. It's located in the heart of the central business district, within walking distance of the subway station, and right next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The lobby, with its red and black color scheme and artistic decor, is grand and picturesque. The guest rooms are spacious with high ceilings. You can often snag a large room for just over 400 RMB, and during peak season, they frequently have surprising packages, with consecutive stays even including dining vouchers and experience benefits. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing. The double vanity design was super practical, and the bedding was so soft it made you want to just stay in bed. The facilities are comprehensive, with a heated swimming pool at a comfortable temperature and a well-equipped gym. The free parking also alleviated any travel concerns. The biggest surprise was the dining; the 99 RMB Chinese buffet offered dozens of dishes like spicy rabbit and crispy shrimp. The seafood was fresh, and the desserts were outstanding, completely exceeding expectations. The location is superb, with the subway entrance practically at your doorstep, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping areas. The service is warm but not intrusive. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
